You arrived at the club, and there was a huge crowd in addition to the 20 drivers and their respective partners. You entered and there was a sort of red carpet, you walked in to Max, Checo, and Lewis posing for photographs.
You ran into your brother who was talking to Pierre, and for a second you hesitated to greet them, but you did anyway. You and Carlos approached them. The music was loud so you all were just raising your voices a bit while talking.
-Hello sister! -He hugged you. -Hello mate!
-Hi guys. -You smiled.
You saw Pierre briefly glance at Carlos, hesitating to shake his hand. You looked at Carlos with a half-smile, and he extended his hand to greet Pierre, relieving the tension.
-We should take a picture. -Charles said pushing us. You stood in the middle of Carlos and your brother, the four of you embraced and smiled for the photo. Charles, his sister, and his older friends.
-Are you already drunk? -You asked Charles.
-Well you got here like half an hour late, I'm ahead of you. -He said grabbing two shot from a waiter.
-On the count of three -He said. -One...
-Two...
-Three! -Both of you said at the same time and took the shot.
You entered the club, and 'Body' by Loud Luxury, Brando was playing. People were dancing to the beat of the song, couples showing their love, and others enjoying drinks and having a good time. You made your way to the area where the other drivers were. George was with Carmen, Max with Kelly, surprisingly Checo with Carola, who usually didn't come due to their children, Alex was with Lily, Esteban and Elena, Valtteri and Tiffany. It made you happy to see everyone together, as it was usually a challenge to have everyone in the same place at the same time. It amused you that ever since you were with Pierre, you became one of the 'WAGs' as they called them, and then with Lando and still with Carlos. You always read comments about it on Twitter or in your videos.
You were served a drink, and the three of you moved to the rhythm of the music.
-How come I haven't seen Charlotte?
-She's working on a project, she's been very busy, perhaps you'll see her during the week or at the next race.
-I hope so! I miss her. I'll go to the bar, I'll be right back.
You were making your way through the crowd, trying not to bump into anyone. You came across Lewis and Daniel at the bar, who seemed to be in the midst of a round of shots.

-Lots of fun, join us! -Lewis said as you positioned yourself between them. There were 9 shots, 3 for each of you. Daniel and Lewis counted and took them one after another. You wiped away what spilled on your chin.
-You should be our little cupid tonight. -Daniel raised his eyebrows.
-What are you talking about?
-Get us some girls! We're the only ones without a partner. -Lewis added.
-Oh come on, you guys can find your own catches. You're not that bad, just tell them you're Formula 1 drivers and they'll fall for you. -You took another shot.
-We know but it gets boring, help us. -Daniel said.
-Okay fine, but let's get back with the rest.
The three of you were walking towards the VIP area, stopping to dance, surveying the scene to find someone for them. Honestly, there didn't seem to be any girl who was worth what they were worth. You didn't want to set them up with just any opportunist.
Upon arriving, you were surprised to see Carlos and Charles talking with Lando and Pierre. There were also some girls with them, girls you had never seen before. You separated from Daniel and Lewis and approached Carlos, hugging him around the waist. He smiled and wrapped an arm around your shoulders. You turned to look at the girls, always being friendly towards women. You hated it when there was animosity among you without even knowing each other, and they gave you a rude look, just as you expected. You rolled your eyes. One of them was standing between Charles and Pierre, while the other was between Carlos and Lando.
-Excuse me but we got here first. -One of them said, the guys laughed and exchanged glances.
-You shouldn't do that. -Pierre said to her.
-What? We got here first, she can go. -The blonde one said rolling her eyes.
-That's how easily you miss an opportunity with these incredible guys. -You said, letting go of Carlos. -At least do your homework and find out who the people in the VIP area are. -You got close to her face.
-Of course we know who they are. -Both of them looked at each other. -Charles Leclerc...Lando was it? Carlos Sainz...
-I'm Charles's sister and Carlos's girlfriend. Before being rude and dismissing someone you don't know, do some research on the other people here so you don't embarrass yourselves.
-I'm sorry girls but nobody talks to Y/n like that. Pierre warned you. -Carlos said putting his arm around you.
-Goodbye. -Lando added. Pierre and Lando closed the circle, leaving them out, and burst into laughter.
-Can you believe those girls? That's exactly why I don't have many girl-friends. It's so hard. -You said, shaking your head.
-Don't worry sister, you have us. -Charles said and everyone smiled at you.
-Moving up and down, side to side, like a rollercoasterrrrrr -Everyone was singing and jumping to the beat of the song. It had reached that point in the night where everyone was glistening with sweat, their hair tousled, and everyone was breathless from dancing, singing, and laughing so much.
More girls were arriving, trying to flirt with the single drivers. They seemed harmless, and you noticed that Daniel and Lewis were giving you approving gestures as they were with two girls themselves. It looked like they had followed a basic guide to understanding Formula 1, judging by how they were talking to them.
You were in a circle with your brother, Alex, Lily, Checo, and Carola, all singing along and occasionally engaging in small talk. You spotted Carlos sitting on the couch, catching his breath. You were all beyond drunk at this point. You smiled as you looked at him, his hair tousled and his shirt unbuttoned, revealing his chest. Suddenly, a girl approached him, and Carlos turned his gaze towards her. A wave of jealousy washed over you, but you decided to stop watching them. You trusted Carlos. You turned to your right to see Charles, and there was also a girl talking to him. She tried to include you in the conversation.
-They all are so handsome, aren't they? -She asked, clearly not knowing who you were.
-Yeah, they are very handsome. -You chuckled softly.
-My friend and I want to ride a Ferrari tonight. -She said, pointing to the girl who was with Carlos. You felt your blood boil.
-You do know they have girlfriends, right? -You replied.
-They don't have to find out. -She winked at you, genuinely thinking she had won.
You grabbed Charles by the wrist and made a disgusted face while looking at the girl, he laughed.
-I'm sorry -You said, faking a smile. -I didn't get your name.
-Oh, I'm Regina. -She smiled.
-Regina, nice meeting you, I'm Y/n Leclerc, Charles's sister. -You smiled and raised your eyebrows.
-Oh...
-Yeah, like I told you, he has a girlfriend, I guess you won't be riding any Ferraris today. -The image in your head gave you chills.
Regina was indignant, placing her hand on her chest. She was more outraged than embarrassed.
-Come on, I'll accompany you to deliver the news to your friend. -You said, walking with her towards where the other girl was with Carlos.
-Come on Sophie, let's go. -Regina told the girl.
-What? I'm having a great time with mr. Ferrari. -She leaned towards him, but Carlos moved away.
-Hi -You smiled. -I was telling Regina that he has a girlfriend.
-Well, I don't see her. -Sophie had a hostile tone towards you, which didn't surprise you anymore. Seriously, these girls thought they were the best. You didn't know who was worse, the ones from earlier or Regina and Sophie.
-Even if you don't see her, you should respect other people's relationships, Sophie.
-Who are you, after all? What are you doing here? -You saw how Regina gestured to Sophie with her hand to stop, but Sophie continued to be too close to Carlos.
-I'm Y/n Leclerc, Carlos's girlfriend. -You crossed your arms and smiled.
-Well, I hadn't seen you around here since I arrived with Carlos, you're missing out.
-Hey, be careful with how you talk to her. -The Spanish reprimanded her.
-I'll talk however I want to whoever I want. We were having a good time.
-Speak for yourself. I just wanted to be polite by letting you stay here, but I wasn't interested in anything you were saying. -You suppressed a laugh.
-I think you should leave now with your friend.
-Make me.
-I will if you don't stop right now. Do you want to be kicked out?
-Come on, Sophie, please.
-Carlos, it's your last chance...-You rolled your eyes. Was this girl even aware that she said that out loud in front of his girlfriend? Did she want to die?
-I told you from the moment you arrived that I wasn't interested. And are you really that stupid to say that in front of my girlfriend?
-Sophie, you're embarrassing yourself. Spare us the trouble and let's go. -Regina said impatiently and now, truly embarrassed. Sophie rolled her eyes, stood up, adjusted her dress, and both girls disappeared.
It seemed incredibly foolish to you what they had just done. Thousands of girls would die to be at a party with the drivers. What were they thinking? Why pursue guys who are already in relationships and have already turned them down?
-Fuck -You let out a sigh as you sat down next to Carlos.
-Charles is right, you have us, you don't need to make friends when there are people like them around.
You caught a glimpse of Lando passing by and he positioned himself in front of you, taking a seat on the other couch.
-I was behind you and couldn't help but overhear what was going on. Those girls were with us earlier, very persistent. No one wanted to introduce them, but they were determined to get the attention of the Ferrari boys. When nobody paid them any mind, they decided to try their luck on their own. Y/n, no matter who you're with, you're a friend to all, and I wanted to tell both of you that I completely forgive you. I don't want to lose you, I value our friendship.
-Carlando's back! -Carlos reached out his hand to Lando, and he took it. You smiled at that gesture.
-Thank you Lando, really.
It had definitely been an interesting night.
