"I heard that if prince Elmer keeps stopping those carriages the king will start calling for us , I am happy for those who were saved by the first prince of course but I am still worried about those who are still in the palace like Violet and Aylin that is why I wish through your busy day call for us even if you just fall asleep my prince"
Clair explained.
Louis could not believe that he missed such an important thing and so he immediately apologized,
"Clair , I am sorry that I made you worry I will definitely protect you and all the other girls but..."
"My prince ?"
She wondered since he did not finish his sentence.
"Could you please not call for Aylin ?"
He asked.
Clair knew that Aylin was dear to his heart and so he would never want to hurt her in anyway and since he decided to keep her out of it he must knows exactly how to protect her.
"Alright"
Clair replied.
"I will take a shower , gather the girls in the chamber please"
The prince said.
"What do you mean ?"
Ezra asked.
Ivor immediately smiled brightly replying,
"So you are here ? I was just joking"
"Are you insane ? At least take care of yourself"
Ezra yelled.
"I know I know , stop yelling"
Ivor replied.
His fever was almost gone , seems like he needed to get some sleep.
Ivor sat properly and put that tissue away , he then noticed the plate put on the table.
"I will be leaving , don't forget to eat"
Ezra said.
Ivor smiled brightly again as he replied
"I will and thank you !"
But when Ezra left the room he dropped his act and walked towards the food left on the table to see his favorite soup.
"Thank you"
He said once more.
Asher was finally back , before heading to his room he noticed Aylin sitting in the darkness alone and when she saw him she ran to hug him.
"Asher ! Where were you ?"
She asked.
"I was seeing a friend"
He replied.
"Why are you still awake ?"
Asher then asked.
"I miss the garden"
She replied.
Since Aylin started living with Asher she decided to take care of that small garden around their house.
She even planted many trees and flowers in there.
"I bet those roses died"
Aylin said.
"It is alright , once everything is done let's go back to our house and start taking care of the garden again"
Asher replied trying to comfort her.
"Why don't you use me to end everything ?"
Aylin said.
The red haired knight did not understand what she meant and so he asked
"What ?"
"I can kill anyone and end this war before it starts"
She replied.
"AYLIN"
He yelled for the first time.
"I do not want you to get hurt"
She said.
"No one will get hurt , I promise you but please do not ever talk about this again"
The red haired knight replied
"Everything will be fine Aylin"
He smiled as he said those words.
And that made her feel a little less worried than before because she trusts that man's words even when she can not understand them.
That night was cold and calm yet you could hear some footsteps around that one small roadhouse.
"Hawk"
The first prince whispered once he got up but he was surprised to see that his friend was already up and watching from the room's glass window.
"There are about ten knights"
He said.
"I have a plan"
Elmer said while putting his cape on and then carried his bow and arrows.
"Let's just fight !"
Hawk said.
"No , you are hurt and we might get killed"
The prince replied.
The knights started heading upstairs towards that one room.
They knew exactly where the first prince was.
But once they opened the door they were left shocked because no one was to be found.
"The room is empty !"
One of them said.
"Search all the other rooms"
Their leader ordered.
Meanwhile those two were already on their horses heading south.
"That was insane ! Jumping from the window !"
Hawk was impressed as he said.
"I thought they might leave someone waiting for us down there but..."
Elmer said.
"I know right ! Leo needs some better men"
Hawk laughed adding.
"Where are we going ?"
The prince then asked.
"I do not know you are leading the way"
He replied.
"I am not , do you have a place in mind ?"
Elmer asked.
"Maybe but how did they know we were there ?"
Hawk said.
"I do not know"
The prince replied.
Louis was laying on the bed by Clair and Violet's side , he blankly stared at the dancer with his sleepy eyes while thinking about many other things , the king , his training , Aylin and Elmer.
"My prince !"
Violet yelled.
"Yes ?"
He replied.
"Are you alright ? I was calling you for a while now"
She added.
"Violet ! I told you to mind your manners !"
Clair scolded her.
"I am sorry I was just worried"
She answered.
"I am just a little tired , shall we call it a night ?"
The prince said.
On his way back to his room , the second prince had a lot in mind and it was written all over his face.
'I have not been sleeping much lately and the training is consuming me I can not even focus on the plan unless it is raining and Elmer I have not heard from him since Venator came back , the girl Leo is looking for , is she the same girl I met that night and how am I supposed to let Elmer know , what should I do ?' He thought.
He opened his door's room to find that angel like female sitting on the ground with another book of his own between her hands.
"Louis , you are back"
She said.
"Why are you still here Aylin ? It is pretty late"
Louis replied.
"I was not sleepy and so I wanted to come here"
Aylin said as she put her book away and got up to walk towards him.
"You look tired , are you not sick again are you ?"
She asked.
"Of course not , I just need some sleep"
Louis replied.
"Alright then I will be leaving"
The Petrian said.
"Good night Aylin"
Louis said.
"Good night !"
She replied with a cheerful smile.
Louis's door was closed and so that smile was dropped , Aylin looked so worried and anxious.
'Should I just kill the king who is worrying everyone I love ?' She thought...
