(A/n: Hey guys, I'm not doing the Knuckles Chaos Emerald episode, so I made you guys this instead and this Chapter will focus mainly on Y/n. Thank you.)
At the Thorndyke residence.
It was morning and Y/n was outside waiting for someone.
Y/n: Where's that girl at?
Cream and Cheese ran to him.
Cream: We're here! Sorry we're late! I slept through my alarm and-
Y/n: I'll let it slide this time, but don't let it happen again.
Cream: Okay. So, are we still training with Spin Dash?
Y/n: We'll only advance to the next step if you mastered the first one, so show me your progress.
Cream: Okay.
Cream got into the Spin Dash position and she was able to do successful Spin while Y/n watched impressed.
Y/n: I've seen enough.
Cream got out of the Spin.
Cream: So, how did I do?
Y/n gave a thumbs-up.
Y/n: Perfect. Now, to the next step.
Cream: Yay! What is the next step?
Y/n: The next step is moving. Watch me.
Y/n got into his Spin dash and he moved away from Cream and Cheese than came back.
Y/n: The secret is to lean a bit when you're in the Spin dash.
Cream: Okay.
Cream tried to do it but she tripped on a rake and that made her get out of her Spin.
Cream: Ow!
Y/n: Are you okay, Cream?
Y/n kneeled down to her.
Cream: I'm fine, but I think I scraped my elbow.
Cheese: Chao, chao!
Y/n: Good thing I brought the first-aid kit. Let's take a break.
Cream: Okay.
Y/n cleaned and bandaged up Cream's elbow.
Cream: I'm sorry I couldn't do it.
Y/n: That's fine. You should've seen my mess ups.
Cream: Wait, you messed up?
Y/n: Yeah, you didn't seriously think I mastered Spin Dash on my first try, did you? I had to work for it, and so will you.
Cream: Will you really be okay with helping me?
Y/n: Of course I will, it's not like I'm expecting you to master this right away.
Cream: Thank you, Y/n.
Suddenly, Rouge flew into the yard.
Rouge: Hi there.
Cream: Oh, hi Rouge.
Y/n: What are you doing here?
Rouge: Well, you know how it's our week off today?
Y/n: Yeah.
Rouge: Well, the President gave us our paychecks before going out for the week and I decided to deliver yours personally.
Y/n: That's nice of you.
Cream: What's a paycheck?
Y/n: It's something you get when you work really hard and you can exchange for money.
Rouge: And here's yours.
She handed him an envelope.
Y/n: Thanks.
Rouge: So, do you got any plans for today?
Y/n: Not really, I was just gonna help Cream with Spin Dash training.
Cream: I think I can train myself for a bit now that I know what to do.
Y/n: That's fine, but just make sure you stay somewhere Ella or someone else can see you.
Cream: Okay.
Rouge: Well, if that's the case, wanna go with me to grab a bite to eat and maybe a movie?
Y/n: Hmm, sure.
Rouge: Great, meet me at Station Square at noon?
Y/n: Fine by me, but don't keep me waiting.
Rouge: Oh, I won't, boo. I won't.
She flew off and both Cream and Cheese just stared at him with sparkling eyes.
Y/n: What?
Everyone just got done eating breakfast.
Y/n: Breakfast was as good as always, Ella.
Amy: Definitely a knock out.
Sonic: I'm going out for a run.
He ran off.
Y/n: That Faker is always in a rush.
Amy: Are you ever going to stop calling him that?
Y/n: Just mind your business, Rose.
Tails: Well, me and Chuck are making a few repairs it to the X Tornado.
Chris: And I'm going to play with with Danny and Francis today.
Y/n: Maybe you should let Helen join you.
Chris: Okay, we'll ask.
Tails/Chris: See ya.
They both walked away.
Ella: So, do any of you have any plans?
Y/n: Well, I'm going to hang out with Rouge today, so I was wondering if either of you could watch Cream for me.
Ella: Of course we will, but may I ask what you and this Rouge will be doing?
Y/n: She said she wanted to get something to eat and a movie.
Amy: So, (teasingly smiles) you and her are going on a date, right?
Cream: That's what I thought too.
Y/n: Yes, we are going to hang out on today's date.
Amy: I really don't think you understood what we meant.
Y/n: But isn't that what a date is? A day and time?
Amy: Well, yes, but it has another meaning.
Mr. Tanaka showed up out of nowhere.
Mr. Tanaka: A date is where two people hang out and do nice things together.
Amy: And if you ask really nice, I wouldn't mind giving you a few lessons on how to win her over completely.
Y/n: Oh sure, I would totally want a lesson from someone who couldn't even win one person's heart.
Amy: At least I know more about love than a jerk like you.
Y/n: At least the people around me don't run from me when they see me.
Amy: I'm really surprised she said "yes" when you asked her out.
Cream: Actually, Rouge is the one who asked Y/n if he wanted to hang out.
Amy: What?!
Y/n: Look, I don't have time to argue with you, I need to get ready.
He ran to go get ready, but little did he know Bokkun was listening in.
Bokkun: Wait until the Doctor gets a load of this.
He flew off to Dr. Eggman's Airship.
Eggman: He what!?!?
Bokkun: Y/n's got a date with that bat woman.
Yellow robot: Is that so?
Silver robot: I never thought about Y/n as the dating type.
Eggman: Well, since that meddling Rouge and Y/n have spoiled our fun a few times, I say we go repay the favor.
Yellow robot: But Doctor, if we show up in town then we all can say hello to The Slammer.
Eggman: than it's a good thing that my genius intellect has thought of a plan to make sure that doesn't happen.
At Station Square.
Y/n was standing in the center of Station Square wearing his tranche coat.
Y/n: Where is that bat? I told her not to keep me waiting.
Rouge flew to him wearing the same purple hat she wore at the party.
Rouge: Hey, Y/n.~
Y/n crossed his arms.
Y/n: About time you got here, Rouge.
Rouge: Sorry I'm late, handsome. I just wanted to make sure I looked extra good for our date.
Y/n: You said this was just us hanging out.
Rouge: I was only teasing. So, how do I look.
Y/n: You look... better than Amy.
Rouge: I'm guessing that's a compliment in your book.
Y/n: It definitely is.
Rouge: Well, thanks. And might I add that you look dashing in that coat.
Y/n: Well, thanks.
Rouge : Now, shall we get going, my light blue boo?
Y/n: We shall, my lady.
Rouge: My lady? I must say, that's a little out of character for you.
Y/n: Well, I had to get you back at you for calling me that little nickname you keep calling me.
Rouge: You call it a nickname, (smiles and wraps around one of his arms) but to me it's your little pet name.
Y/n: Whatever. (freed his arm) So, where are we going to eat?
Rouge: Topaz told me about this great Café that we can go to.
Y/n: I guess I could give it a try.
Rouge: Then follow me.
They started walking but in the bushes a certain bad egg with robots was in were watching them.
Eggman: It's time for us to kick it into overdrive, boys.
Robots: Yes, Doctor.
Later.
Y/n and Rouge walked into the Café.
Rouge: This place seems nice.
Y/n: It does, but...
Everyone was staring at them.
Rouge: Gee, I like attention, but even I have my limits.
Y/n: (sighs) I've grown use to it at this point.
Woman: OMG! It's Y/n!!!
Man: And he's got his girlfriend with him.
Everyone was about to charge at them but Y/n put his hand in front.
Y/n: Stop!
They all stopped.
Y/n: Look, I don't want any trouble, I just want to spend some time with my friend here.
He took Rouge's hand.
Y/n: Come on, Rouge.
He walked them over to a table and pulled a chair out for Rouge.
Y/n: Here.
Rouge: My, what a gentlemen.
She sat down and Y/n did the same.
Rouge: Have I ever mentioned how much I love it when you take charge.
Y/n: I just didn't want you to get swarmed like that.
A waiter came up to them.
Waiter: Hi there. Can I start you two off with something to drink?
Y/n: I'll just have a cup of coffee, no cream, milk or sugar.
Rouge: Same with me.
Waiter: Okay. Be right back.
He walked off.
Rouge: So, what do you want to talk about?
Y/n was about to say something but he stopped when he saw three men with gray hats and trench coats with one bigger than the other two and Rouge noticed him looking at something.
Rouge: Is something wrong?
Y/n gestured her to come closer and she did.
Y/n: (Whispering: A few shadie characters just walked in.)
He pointed at them and Rouge saw them sit down.
Rouge: (Whispering: Yeah, what about them?)
Y/n: (Whispering: It might be nothing, but let's be careful with what we say just to be safe.)
Rouge: (Whispering: Fine by me.) So, how's that thing you're working on coming along?
Y/n: It's going pretty good, might be a little while before it's ready.
Rouge: Well, when it is, be sure to tell the President.
Y/n: Okay.
With the shadie figures.
Big one: Did you hear that? It seems our friend Y/n has got something big planned.
With Rouge and Y/n.
Y/n: So, what's been happening on your end?
Rouge: Well, I got some news that might blow your mind.
Y/n: Really? What is it?
Rouge leaned over to him.
Rouge: (Whispering: Your friend Knuckles found a Chaos Emerald a few nights ago.)
Y/n: Really?
Rouge: Yep.
Y/n: That was sorta surprising.
He looked over at the shadie figures who looked away when they noticed he was watching them, then he went to Rouge's ear.
Y/n: (Whispering: The one that Knuckles found along with the three Sonic and I have and the one I gave you means that we found five Chaos Emeralds.)
Rouge: (Whispering: We'll be home in no time.)
Y/n: (Whispering: We gotta be sure to take Robotnik with us so he can't cause any havoc here.)
Rouge: (Whispering: Yeah, who knows what will happen if that fat tub of lard started ruling this nice little world?)
They both started to chuckle a bit when their coffee was finally ready.
Waiter: Your coffees.
Y/n/Rouge: Thanks.
45 minutes later.
Y/n: That really was a good Café.
Rouge: I still can't believe they didn't charge us a penny.
Y/n: It's probably because you were with me.
Rouge: Well if that's the case, maybe we should hang out more often.
Y/n: Maybe.
Rouge: So, what movie do you wanna see?
Y/n: I'm fine with anything as long as Lindsey Thorndyke isn't in it.
Rouge: Lindsey Thorndyke? Never heard of her.
Y/n: She's this really retarded actress and any movie with her in it has to be garbage.
Y/n stopped.
Rouge: What is it?
Y/n: There's something stuck on my shoe.
He winked at her and she nodded.
Rouge: If that's the case, let me help you get it off.
Y/n: Okay.
They went off into an alley and the shadie figures went after them, but when they got into the alley Rouge and Y/n were no where to be seen.
Big one: Where'd they go?
Rouge flew down and kicked the big one than Y/n ramed the other two into a wall.
Big one: Ow.
Y/n held one of his blades up to the big ones throat.
Y/n: All right, what do you want?
Rouge: Yeah, (crosses arms) don't you know it's rude to spy on people?
Y/n: Start by taking those stupid hats off.
They took off their hats and revealed Eggman and his two robots.
Eggman: How did you know?
Y/n: We knew since the Café. Oh, and that "There's something stuck on my shoe" thing.
Rouge: Yeah, that's a little code me and my light blue boo came up with. It means "someone's following me."
Eggman: You're both more clever than I thought, but no matter. Chameleatron!
A gaint metal like tongue smashed down on them but they were able to get out of the way.
Y/n: What the?
The tongue belonged to a robot lizard and Eggman along with his robots were in the Egg-carrier.
Eggman: You'll have a hard time against my Chameleatron.
Y/n: That I doubt. Rouge, you can kick back and relax, I'll have this done in five seconds.
Rouge: If you insist.
Eggman: Oh, but you can't destroy what you can't see.
Chameleatron turned invisible.
Rouge: It disappeared!
Y/n: No, it just turned invisible. This might be harder than I thought.
Rouge: Want me to help?
Y/n: Yes.
Rouge: There's no shame in asking for help.
Chameleatron's tongue came out of nowhere and while Y/n was able to successfully get out of the way Rouge tripped while she was trying to dodge.
Rouge: I really should stop wearing heels while fighting.
The tongue was about to smash her.
Y/n: Rouge!
He ran and grabbed her before the tongue could get her and then he carried Rouge behind a piece of rubble.
Y/n: You okay?
Rouge: Yeah.
Y/n: It both invisible and it attacks fast, we can't beat something like that without a plan.
Rouge: You got any.
Y/n: Hm. How good is your hearing?
Rouge: I can hear a pin drop for a mile away.
Y/n: Then here's our plan.
He whispered something in Rouge's ear and she smiled.
Rouge: Okay, now I see why you're the President's best agent.
Y/n went out into the open.
Rouge: Y/n, to the left!
Y/n ran to the left side and slashed Chameleatron's tongue off.
Eggman: Wha-! But how?!
Small flashback to when Y/n told Rouge the plan.
Y/n: (Whispering: I'll go out into the open and you use your ears to sense where it is, then tell me so I can cut it's tongue and we'll finish it together.)
Back to present.
Y/n: It's now or never, Rouge!
Rouge got into her Spin Kick and Y/n into his Spin Dash and they both destroyed Chameleatron.
Eggman: Grr. I'll get you back for this, Y/n!
He flew off.
Later.
Y/n and Rouge were sitting on a bench in the park.
Rouge: This day sure was something.
Y/n: Yeah, (sighs) I'm sorry that you got dirty and that we weren't able to watch that movie.
Rouge: It's fine. And it was sort of like we were in a movie. We fought a gaint robot, you saved me, and when all hope seemed lost you pulled through and saved the day.
Y/n: I couldn't have done it without your help.
Rouge: That's sweet of you.
Y/n: If our teamwork is so good now, think of what will happen when Cream is finally able to join us.
Rouge: Oh, your little project. It certainly will be fun to have her around.
Y/n: I wanted to give you something, it's not as nice as the Chaos Emerald though.
Rouge: I'll take anything as long as it's from you.
Y/n put his hand in his coat pocket and pulled out a diamond necklace.
Rouge: A necklace?
Y/n: I found this in a sunken pirate ship, and I thought you might like.
Rouge: Well, I don't.
She took it and smiled.
Rouge: I love it.
Y/n: So, does this conclude our "date?"
Rouge: Come on, a date only ends after the kiss.
Y/n: Will this be a kiss on the cheek like you did at the party?
Rouge: Oh no, I want one smack dab on the lips.
Y/n: What? Are you sure?
Rouge: Why wouldn't I be sure.
Y/n: Well, the thing is. Uh
Rouge: You've never kissed anyone before, have you?
Y/n: Well, yes.
Rouge: Don't worry, I won't judge and I won't tell if you won't.
Y/n: Then I guess I can give you your request.
Rouge: Just let it happen naturally and don't overthink it.
Y/n: Okay.
Y/n nervously closed his eyes.
Y/n: (Thinking: This will be my very first kiss, let's see if she likes it.)
They both leaned in and they shared a kiss and after a minute they broke apart.
Y/n: So, how was it?
Rouge smiled.
Rouge: It was even better than I thought it would be.
Rouge got up.
Rouge: I gotta go. See ya later, my light blue boo.
Y/n: Stop calling me that.
Rouge: Never.
She flew away into the sunset.
Y/n: That woman is just full of surprises.
He ran off and on the way home Sonic started running with him.
Sonic: (running) Hey there, pal.
Y/n: (running) What do you want, Faker?
Sonic: (running) Well, I saw you and Rouge talking and a certain thing to do with lip contact.
Y/n: (running) Say a word and it will be your death.
Sonic: (running) Don't worry, my lips are sealed.
