"DAMIANO!" I yelled as I grabbed my purse.
"I'M COMING!" He yelled from the bedroom.
"Hurry up! Jeez, you take longer than me." I said rolling my eyes.
"Well, I would've been ready by now, if someone hadn't insisted on taking a bath first. Alone, might I add." He said as he was putting his jacket on in front of me.
"Stop complaining and let's go." I said grabbing his hand, opening the door, so we could leave.
"I-" He started but cut himself off and just sighed.
So... it's been a while now. 5 years to be exact. After Damiano and I became boyfriend and girlfriend, again, we gathered our friends and told them at dinner. Obviously, they were ecstatic. Ethan and Thomas jumped on us, and I genuinely thought I was going to die. Sage and Vic just yelled and jumped around, while Diego gave me a knowing wink.
A year after that, Damiano asked me to move in with him. We bought a place together and Damiano got two more cats. So now we have my baby boy Loki (who is just giant at the moment), Legolas (because of Damiano's undying love for LOTR. I wanted to name him Malfoy but whatever), and lastly Bidet (the kitten got herself trapped on it on her first day home, so Damiano thought it was fitting.).
Our 4 years living together have been better than anything I ever expected. Now we finally have a healthy relationship. No lies, no games, no toxic behaviors. Just pure love and loyalty for one another. I honestly couldn't have asked for nothing better.
We were now on our way to tell our friends some exciting news that we have been hiding for less than 24 hours, but believe me, the news were huge.
"Here are the lovebirds!" Thomas said as soon as got to Vic's place.
"You do know you have another 2 couple inside, right?" Damiano asked as we made our way inside.
"Including you and Beth." I said narrowing my eyes at him playfully.
"Yes, but neither of us called for a meeting tonight, if I recall correctly." Diego said as he wrapped an arm around Vic who smiled softly at him.
3 years ago, Diego and Vic finally got official, and started living together.
Ethan and Sage are married which is mind-blowing. If you're wondering, Vic and I were bridesmaids, and Diego, Damiano and Thomas were best men.
About 2 years ago, Thomas met this amazing girl Beth, and they've been dating ever since. Good for him, he deserves to have some happiness.
Another person who also started to hang out with us for a few months now, is Sebastian. Funny, right? After we saw each other on the street, we kept in touch and when he got a job offer here in London, he and his girlfriend broke up, and he started hanging out with us. And he and Damiano are friends now, can you believe it?! Like, genuine friends. Jeez, if you had told me that 6 years ago, I would not have believed you.
"So, can I ask why we were called here, or?" Ethan asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Technically Diego and I weren't called here." Vic said teasingly.
Ethan just glared at her as if saying seriously?
"Anyways, what's up guys?" Sebastian asked and he took a sip from his beer.
"We have an announcement." Damiano said smiling as he wrapped an arm around my shoulders.
"You're getting married!" Sage exclaimed loudly.
"No." I said chuckling.
"Not yet." Damiano said winking at me.
"What is it then?" Diego asked.
"Yeah, even I'm excited." Beth aid smiling at us.
"Let's say that I can't drink alcohol for the next 9 months." I said smiling widely.
"OH MY GOD!"
"NO WAY!"
"WHAT?!"
"OH MY GOD!"
"ARE YOU FOR REAL?!"
"REALLY?!"
"Why, are you sick or something?"
They all screamed different things, but we all turned to look at Thomas since he clearly was the only one that didn't understand.
"1...2...3..." I said before pointing at Thomas whose eyes went wide as he jumped from the couch.
"NO FUCKING WAY!"
"YES FUCKING WAY!" Damiano and I yelled back.
"We're gonna be aunties!" Vic and Sage squeaked as they came running to hug me.
"Congrats, man!" Ethan said as he hugged Damiano, then Thomas, Diego, and Sebastian did the same.
"Congrats to new mommy to be." Sebastian said hugging me.
"mOmMy" Thomas joked which me glare at him.
"Nope. Not happening." I said shaking my head.
"Yeah, I'm the only one that gets to call her that." Damiano said proudly.
"Yeah, no. That's definitely not happening." I said scooting away from Damiano.
"If you're mommy, that means that Damiano here... is daddy." Diego said wiggling his eyebrows.
"Ugh, Diego! Can we not do that right now? My child is gonna call him that!" I said annoyed.
"Our child, excuse you!" Damiano said giving me an offended look.
"Yeah, yeah, whatever." I said waving him off.
Damiano looked at our friends offended and sighed.
"Isn't she a delight?" He asked sarcastically.
"She is, so you better watch it, italiano." I said narrowing my eyes at him.
"Ooooooooh." The boys muttered amused while the girls laughed at their stupidity.
"Moving on, when did you find out?!" Sage asked excited.
"Yesterday." Damiano said smiling.
"My period was two days late, so I figured I should take a test. I actually took 3 and they were all positive. I'm 4 weeks pregnant." I said happily, subconsciously placing a hand on my stomach.
"And have you decided who's going to be the godmother and godfather?" Vic asked us.
"Not really... we're still deciding if we'll choose, or if we're gonna let our child choose when it's older." Damiano explained.
"Makes sense." Sebastian said nodding his head.
"I call godmother!" Vic yelled.
"Not how it works, Vic." Diego said laughing.
"Says who?!"
"Them." Diego said pointing at Damiano and I. "Literally 2 seconds ago. Are you okay?"
"No! I'm just so excited!" She happily, as Sage joined her jumping around.
I looked at how our friends were happy for us, and it made me feel happy. I felt a hand on my stomach, which made me look up and smile at Damiano. He smiled down at me and we both stared amused at our friends who were partying for us.
In times like this I understood how much our friends meant to us. They were there in my happiest moments, as well as my saddest ones. I know for sure that if one day I told them that I had killed someone, they would have no problem whatsoever in helping me hide the body, without questions.
That makes me realize that we're more than just friends. We're a family. No matter how many heartbreaks and rock bottoms I have in life, or how many happy moments, they're always going to be by my side, supporting everything I do.
6 years ago, we were all children. We were messy, stupid and reckless and made mistake after mistake. If you had told me then that Damiano and I were going to end up together with a child, I would tell you that you have been rolling on molly.
It's crazy to think how Damiano and I changed. You know, from "hating each other", to being fuck buddies, to being an actual couple. We both fought our own demons along the way, and that's what makes us so great now.
I love Damiano as I never thought I would ever love someone. I never knew love could be so honest, so deep, so genuine. Until I met him. With him in my life, it feels like I'm finally complete. And now with our baby on the way, I couldn't be happier with him.
No more lies. No more heartbreaks. No more toxicity.

I will forever be greateful to every single one of you who voted every day since chapter one (yes, even if you don't comment, I do see you guys, and I love you)
I will miss Aria dearly, since I put a lot of myself in her, but there were times where I had to make her slightly annoying so that they would fight.
I obviously still stan maneskin, and me ending this story means in any way that I will stop stanning them. They're amazing and will achieve amazing things in life as they currently are.

I most probably will not write another Damiano story. However, I have a Draco Malfoy story, a Billy Hargrove story, a Drew Starkey story, a Spencer Reid story, a Rafe Cameron story, and a JJ story, all of those which are nowhere near finished and I want to focus on finishing those, so I can focus on an original book that I have been thinking about for a while now. Feel free to check any of those out if you want.
I would like for you guys to write here something about this story. Either it's only a simple word or a full paragraph on how this story made you feel, I don't care. I just want to feel you guys for the last time.
