jungkook opened the house door and saw yoongi sleeping on the couch. he felt horrible. his insides were eating him alive.
he set the left overs on the table and sighed, he sat on the ground next to the boy. he caressed his hair and cheeks, he was so beautiful.
he sniffled, he felt like a horrible fiance. he got up and headed to the kitchen, he would make yoongi some cookies.
perhaps he was crying a but while making them, not that it mattered. he just didn't want to feel this guilt.

he hummed, "how was your studying?" he asked, "it was okay" jungkook said, he was upset.
"just okay?" yoongi asked, "i feel sad and guilty because i made you mad. i don't like the feeling" he mumbled, the older boy sighed.
"come here" yoongi spoke, jungkook sat next to yoongi. the boy caressed his hair beforr speaking, "look love, i understand your upset for making me mad but i think i have a right to be mad, don't you think? you're neglecting your physical health and it makes me upset, especially since we've argued over it a lot" the boy explained, still playing with jungkook's hair.
"mhm, i understand" jungkook said, yoongi nodded, "i'm not mad anymore since you ate" yoongi said, "mhm, thank you" jungkook said, he received a kiss from yoongi on the cheek.
"have to get my braces tightened tomorrow" jungkook said, "what time?" yoongi asked, "9am" jungkook spoke, "you do everything so early" he scoffed, making the boy chuckle.

"we're going to add the elastics since your teeth are moving pretty fast. i think you'll get your braces off around february" his orthodontist spoke, jungkook nodded, not that long once he thought about it.
"there's going to be four bands" his orthodontist said, jungkook felt his heart drop, "at once?" he asked, his orthodontist nodded, "your bite really went back" he spoke, jungkook pouted a bit. he didn't even want to imagine how much pain he was going to be in.

"how's your mouth feeling?" yoongi asked, earning a death glare from the boy who had icepacks on each side of his jaw.
"sorry" yoongi said, "you look cute" yoongi said, jungkook stared at him and closed his eyes, rubbing his aching jaw.
yoongi grabbed chapstick and gently applied it on jungkook's lips, pressing a small kiss on them, "my pretty jungkookie" he cooed, "i can't imagine wearing 4 fucking bands, i think that would just die from pain"
"i'm 50 percent dead" jungkook reassured, showing a thumbs up, "it looks so painful" yoongi said, trying to think of how to help the boy.
"do you want some ibuprofen or advil?" yoongi asked, "do you have any?" jungkook asked, yoongi thought about it before asking. was this a trick question?
"i do" yoongi said, jungkook felt his head pulse and his heart race, "at this point, i don't know what to think. just give me some pain killers" he said, yoongi shrugged, "okay"
he gave jungkook 2 advils, "that should do it. it'll stop hurting in a while. if it gets too bad, tell them, maybe they can do something" yoongi said, jungkook nodded, "you should wear your retainer if you don't want to end up like me" he said, making yoongi laugh, "good point"

"ah don't worry about it. you've done a lot for this guy here, the least i can do is make you some soup" seokjin laughed, "well, i have bills to pay so i'll see you guys some other time" he spoke, both boys nodded, "thank you!"
jungkook happily ate his soup, he really had no other choice, "i feel really bad for you" yoongi said, jungkook scoffed, "imagine how sore my mouth is. it hurts less right now because of the advil but it's still a pain in the ass"
yoongi laughed, "i told you not to get braces but no, you'll go out of your way to make me sad" yoongi rolled his eyes, "oh yes. i am enjoying this pain simply because i like making my fiance sad. i wish i have braces forever" jungkook scoffed, "how do you have four bands in your mouth are still sassy?"
