━ "ATHENA? CAN YOU HEAR ME?" Natasha's voice entered the girl's hearing range, her voice sounding through the ear piece.
"Uhhh yeah." Athena answered unsurely, her eyes still trained on the now unconscious man in front of her. After what she had just witnessed, she didn't really know what to do. So she had just stood there, simply waiting for the man to gain his consciousness.
"Are you in the Tower?"
"Yeah."
"Great. I want you to walk outside carefully, onto the balcony."
Removing her sight from the man, Athena listened to her aunt. She stepped out onto the balcony, air slapping against her face as she reminisced the air of danger around her. "Yeah, then what?"
"Look up," And she did, seeing Nat looking down at her. "I want you to get the sceptre over there," She pointed to the spot on the other side of the curved balcony, "and teleport up here."
"Okay..." She simply walked to the spot where the sceptre was, and picked it up. Though before she could teleport up to where Natasha was, her name was suddenly called out.
"Athena look out!"
The Black girl turned around, to see one of the Chitauri creatures with its weapon aimed at her. Athena didn't have enough time to react as it immediately shot a blast at her, which hit her arm. Athena felt a lot of pain. Her blood flowing down quickly as the wound was quite big, the blast piercing her skin. "GAH! Well that's not very- ouch - nice!"
Her injured and bleeding arm was limp, meaning that she couldn't grab one of her knives or gun to aim at the creature. The only other weapon she had was the sceptre, which she pointed at the alien running at her and it a blast came out of it. Then the creature laid dead on the floor.
Trying to stabilise her breathing, Athena teleported to where Natasha was, stumbling as she landed on the other side. She grunted. "Ow."
Natasha immediately reached to her side, trying to assist the girl. "Shit. that's not good. Here."
"No- no it's fine." Athena interrupted the red-head woman, who just raised an eyebrow at her. "Well maybe not, but here's the sceptre- Bloody hell!"
Athena groaned as the spy wrapped a piece of cloth around her arm, trying to stop her arm from bleeding. "That should do for now," grabbing the sceptre, Natasha stood up.
"Right at the crown." A man, who Athena didn't know, instructed her as he pointed to at the centre of the cube.
Natasha pushed the sceptre in, a blue barrier showing itself. "I can close it. I can close the portal. Can anybody copy?"
"Do it!" The sound of Steve's voice was heard through the muggle device.
"No, wait."
"Stark these things are still coming."
"I got a nuke coming in, it's gonna blow in less than a minute."
"I love you lot's Uncle Tony but hurry the hell up please." Athena winced as she spoke through the ear piece.
"That's what I'm doing."
"Athena you sound like you're in pain, what the happened."
"She got shot by one of those creatures." Natasha informed them
"WHAT!"
"Less talking, more killing please." Athena slowly stood up, holding her arm as she could see her uncle cling onto the on coming nuke in the distance. Then, she realised what he was going to do. "U-uncle Tony, you know that that's a one way trip, right?"
"It's alright Fi, I'll make it out in time."
Athena watched, as her uncle's Iron Man suit flew into the portal, disappearing. Other's would've been happy that a nuke didn't blow up in the city, but all she could think about was her uncle as she continuously whispered "please come back" numerous times.
It wasn't long until there was a shift in the air around them. The flying aliens suddenly fell to the ground, a quake on the ground causing everybody and building to shake. The Chitauri grew limp, crashing onto the roads or the side of buildings.
But Athena's attention wasn't on that. Her gaze was focused at the portal, waiting for her uncle to come out of it. But as seconds passed, no one came through.
"Close it."
Without even realising it, tears prickled the girl's eyes. As the portal grew smaller and smaller, Athena's hope of her uncle suddenly exiting through became slimmer and slimmer.
But she still wouldn't accept it.
And she was so glad she didn't. A red iron suit came falling out of the portal as soon as it was about to close, it's figure falling down at a rapid pace.
She could hear small sighs of relief through her ear piece and one person saying, 'son of a gun'. But as she continued to watch her uncle, she noticed he wasn't stopping. "He's not stopping. Guys- he's not stopping."
She couldn't do much as she was on the top of the Tower. She couldn't teleport to them because she didn't where to, and her arm was bleeding. Then she heard a loud roar echo throughout the streets. "What was that? Is he alright?"
"Yeah." Steve's voice breathed out, hearing a small smile in his tone. "He's alright."
And relief and joy filled Athena. An open-mouthed smile was plastered on her face, as she hugged Natasha, forgetting the fact her arm was injured. She cried out in pain as Natasha made contact with her injured arm. "Shit- I forgot about that."
"My arm is bleeding like hell and you say you forgot about it?"

Loki's head was pounding as he grew conscious again. Hulk throwing his body around like a rubber toy really did an impact on him, but not enough to kill him. As he slowly started to open his eyes, he could see many figures standing before him.
There, stood the Avengers, Earth's mightiest heroes. All of them, but the teenage girl he was talking to earlier, all had serious expressions on their faces with their weapons ready to fire at him if he makes any threatening moves.
The teenage girl on the other hand, was grinning at him. He noticed that her right arm was bandaged up - but the red stains could still be seen - yet her face was acting as though she was not in any pain.
"Um, miss mischief? By any chance, are the drinks ready?"

"How long will he stay in Asgard prison?" Athena asked Thor, looking at the God of Mischief - who had a unique pair of cuffs on his wrist.
"A long time, little one." He answered simply.
"Aw blimey." Athena pouted. "I was hoping I would've been able to hangout with him."
Thor's eyes widened, his head turning to his brother in an instant. "What did you do?"
Loki's shoulders went up in defense. "All I did was make a friend! Is that such a crime now?"
Thor just shook his head in response, beginning to walk away before he felt a figure hug him from behind. "Bye uncle Thor, don't be gone for too long! Also bye Loki! Be good in prison because I want more prank ideas."
Loki laughed while Thor smiled, simply ignoring the fact that Athena had just asked the God of Mischief for more prank ideas. "Alright, take care of yourself Fi. Stay safe."
Athena nodded at her uncle, her famous grin shown on her face. "Will do."
