16. Last Day On Earth

I know you like the Bahamas
And go swimming in Hawaii
Dance like it's a Fiesta in Chile
And go crazy in the crowd of Brazil
You have witnessed the worst in your first try
You'll be more prepared next time
It will be easier to you once this is all over
Well its too late to tell you this because the calamity is just starting to uncover.

And I'm sorry to say you will only see postcards, pictures and videos
Instead of holding passports and carrying a bag to the airport
And I'm so sorry that I didn't confessed to you so sooner
Maybe now we are living our lives and going bonkers
Your humor and gapped teeth isn't my foe
While I'm kissing you in the sunlit glow
Moving on is obviously not an easy scope
Your forgotten de ja vu is all I ever hope.

I missed seeing you laughing, smiling and making jokes
And now I hate seeing you crying, weeping and dying in a rope
Don't tell me your dead, because I hate seeing you in a hospital bed
Because the last time I fed you, it was your favorite breakfast in bed
Please I'm begging you to show
All the surprises what you have in store
No, I'm not letting you go... again
I hate swimming in the misery of ponds and snow
Bullets for raindrops
A perfect formula for calamity...

Wake up, your family is here
