Stay at home
I guess I'm just gonna stay with you because you're my home
Full of love and danger, and unconditional anger
You always want to spice things up, so we became wanted lawbreakers
Labeled with a red price tag, crimson red, like the blood we spilled in the bar where we fled
Gangsters, jailbirds, lovebirds, but in reality we're just a twain of nerds
Crashing the town, loving the frowns, laughing like clowns.

Romanticizing crime is just like fantasy that actually disguises as your worst nightmare
Ignorance splashed our brilliant minds
Caught in the act, red-handed, just like they wanted
Pointing a gun to a office worker, with a schedule of 9 to 5
We tried to fight, but it was too late and we just ruined our lives
Behind iron bars, cemented walls, crappy clothes and horrible food.

We get used to it later on but the execution is already settled
Asked our favorite last meal and asked our last words
He asked for King Crabs with corn, but I asked for nothing
He said "Adios" and so did I too
But he said goodbye to the world
But I said it to the jail
Because he went in first and when it's my turn the lights went out, the bombs burst out and in a few seconds I was gone and went out.

After several years, the police kept looking for me, neither do they know that now I'm a transgender man married to my wife
They kept looking for a blonde woman, but now that woman is a brunette man
With my two kids, my mother and father, and my lovely bride
I said to Mom, "I'm sorry" and to Dad "I'm sorry" neither do they now that it meant differently.

Deep inside I'm sorry to my Mom because I dated a criminal
On the other hand, I'm sorry for my Dad because I was the groom instead of the bride
But they still accepted me with unconditional love and genuine acceptance.

It's more fun at home, than bombing the streets and killing people with no forbearance
Like it's a deadly hobby with no reassurance
Never thought a functional family is better than a dysfunctional couple
But now I'm settled with my two daughters, Perpetua and Carlina
My everlasting freedom.
