9. death crown

We should look out for a crown that is so deadly that it could take your life
Wear face shields, masks and observe social distancing so we could not catch the plague
Wash hands, stay away from crowded places and only leave home if necessary
But with all of the precautions, preventions and unfortunate situations can we still fight?
Because all we got was worse case scenarios and violence all around the globe
Here's an unpopular opinion "Corona isn't the enemy, it's us"

Racism, sexism, terrorism and failed tourisms
Mass shootings, neglected movements and protests around the world
Please let's love one another and not kill any of our brothers and sisters anymore
I know that people considers the youth's voice as trash
Underestimates and discriminates us as naive, blind and not allowed to fight
I just want to let the younger generation see that our voices matter and age isn't the basis of maturity
It's our passion, dedication and determination to fight for what is right
I don't want an innocent child witness their father to die just because they're black
Sexual assaults to women and objectifying them as sex toys and lustful satisfaction.

This is an open letter to all of those who hate people
To those people who base everything through skin color, gender identity and sexual orientation
To those people who sees feminism as man-hating, too aggressive and anti-men
To those people who thought that sexism and racism was fine
To those people who discriminates women and the LGBTQ+ Community
To those people who loves to spread hate and criticism.

May I ask honestly, "Is there a little bit of genuine love inside you?"
I believe yes, but it hasn't been discovered yet, self-love and narcissism are so different from each other
I'll let you distinguish it on your own, because all of us has our own battles to fight.

I know now which crown is so deadly that it could take someone's life
It's not COVID-19, HIV/AIDS, cancer or any specific illness
It's our ego.

So let me take that death crown ego
And I'll replace it with a holy halo.
