Everything came flooding back to her in one, terrible, painful burst. With Lisa hovering above her looking so similar to how she had looked when she had fucked her a week ago, Chaeyoung's body reacted before her brain could even register what was going on.

Suddenly, there was a loud smack and a stinging pain in her hand as she punched Lisa, knuckles meeting jaw. Lisa's head snapped to the side, her eyes darkening at the sudden contact, her body stumbling backwards. Chaeyoung bolted up from the other girls bed, eyes wide as her hand trembled, Lisa giving her a smouldering look as she glared, lips pulling back in a snarl as she pressed a hand against her now throbbing jaw. From the force that was put into it, it would definitely be hurting right now.

"Oh my fucking God," she whispered, taking a tentative step back, hands outstretched. "I am so sorry. I just... I mean... I didn't mean... fuck... sorry!" she blabbered, Lisa opening her mouth to say something, but her words were lost as Chaeyoung ran out of the room in a flurry, arms flailing as her heart hammered in her chest.

Chaeyoung seemed to be making a habit of running out of Lisa Manoban's bedroom in a panic.

Rushing into the kitchen and grabbing her backpack from the floor, she got the hell out of that house, quickly running back home with a speed that would rival any member on the track team. Pulling out her keys quickly, swearing at the red patches on her knuckles, she quickly opened the door and ran through it. Her hand immediately smacked into something soft which yelped, a hand reaching down to slap her on the head.

"What the hell, Chaeng!" Jisoo grumbled as Chaeyoung stepped backwards, rubbing her nose as Jisoo crossed her arms, foot tapping in frustration until she looked at her younger sister properly, her stance relaxing as a small smile crossed her face. "You look as flustered as you did last week, where did you go?" Jisoo pestered, smile widening when Chaeyoung's cheeks flushed. Chaeyoung gave her a withering look, which she deflected with the flick of her hand. "Where did you go, Chae? Who did you see? Or more like... who did you do?"

"Fuck off, I was working on a bio project, okay?" She snapped, her sister laughing.

"I know, I know," Jisoo snorted, as she rolled her eyes, though there was still a broad grin on her face. "Just messing with you. Your reactions are too good."

"I hate you," Chaeyoung mumbled, Jisoo just ruffling her hair before disappearing into the kitchen as Chaeyoung made her way upstairs. Flopping onto her bed, she rubbed at the red, tender skin at her knuckles. Her hand throbbed, and she could only imagine how much Lisa's jaw felt now.

"I am so fucking dead," She said herself weakly, covering her eyes with her hands, slither of light filtering through the gaps in her fingers.

This is the worst.

"Chaeyoung!"

She glanced around at the voice, heart swelling a little as she saw Mingyu waving over at her from a cluster of seats, Hoshi and Sana sitting beside him. Sana had one of her feet propped up on a free seat, waving her over as another commuter began to make a beeline towards the seat. Apologising as she pushed past the standing travellers in the aisle, Chaeyoung threw her bag onto the seat as the business woman gave her a withering look, heels clacking on the seat. Meekly, she lowered myself into the seat, Sana laughing at the shame on the other girls face.

Since having lunch with Mingyu and his friends last Monday, Jennie and Chaeyoung had been hanging around them a lot more, and she had found that everyone except for Nayeon (who had volleyball training early in the morning) took the same train as her in the morning. It was now unspoken knowledge that they would all travel to school together, and she also found having someone to sit with in the train was nice, despite Sana's loud laugh, which often garnered unwanted attention to the group.
