Kabanata 20 : Legality
As I walked inside the lecture room, some turned their heads to see who it was.
I smiled shyly and went to the far corner of the room.
Great, a life of a college student. No, Aisha around the room and I kinda missed her already.
May ilan na tumabi sa akin at nakipag-usap. No proffesor showed up that today. First day palang naman and I heard rumors that no profs shows up at the first week of the first sem.
"Tara kain tayo?" Aya ng isa sa kanina ko pa kausap sa room. I think her name is Dellie. I got my phone inside my bag at wala pang text sa akin si Jac kaya sasama nalang siguro muna ako sa kanila.
Napapalibutan ang campus namin ng iba't-ibang resto. It's so hard to choose pero dahil gusto nila ng chicken ay sa isang unli-chicken resto kami pumunta. I was checking my phone every second until Dellie approached to my side while the others were far ahead of us.
"Checking up your boyfriend's text?" She giggled at my side. She's so bubbly and petite and I think we can get along very well.
"Uh yeah, siguro may klase pa siya or hanging out with his blockmates." I shrugged. She tugged on my arm and pulled me.
"Natural na mahiyain ka ba talaga or sadyang napakadaldal ko lang talaga?" Sabay kaming tumawa. "Pero legit madaldal talaga ako." She wiggled her brows.
We got along very well while we were eating. Bago palang kaming magkakakilala pero parang sobrang close na namin sa isa't isa. It is really on how a person vibe with others.
Bumalik kami sa school at naglibot-libot sa campus. There are so many picturesque spots around the school's premises so we took some pictures.
It was around four-thirty when some of us decided to go home kasi iyong iba malayo pa ang uuwian at ayaw naman nilang makipagsiksikan kapag rush hour na.
Dellie and I were still waiting for the grab she booked habang ako naman ay nakatanggap na ng text galing kay Jac. He said that he's on his way here. He now got his own car because he just turned eighteen and that hit me, malapit na rin akong mag-eighteen.
"Is that you're boyfriend?" Dellie whispered at my side. I looked at the direction she is looking and saw Jac. He waved at me and walk towards us.
"Hey, how's your day?" I glanced at Dellie who's containing herself from screaming. Natawa ako kaunti at tsaka bumaling kay Jac.
"It went well, met new friends. By the way, this is Dellie." Tumango lang si Dellie at nanunuyang tumingin sa akin.
"Hi, pakibantayan ito ah. May pagkamakulit pa naman ito." Pilyong sabi ni Jac. Sinimangutan ko siya pero tinawanan lang nila akong dalawa.
"Weh? Makulit iyan? Napakamahiyain niya kaya," Natatawang sabi ni Dellie. Dumating na iyong grab ni Dellie kaya nagpaalam na siya sa amin.
"Tara na, hinihintay na tayo nila Aisha at Giano." Pumasok na kami sa loob ng kotse niya at umalis na roon.
Sa isang fast food lang kami pumunta at agad kong nakita roon sila Giano at Aisha na parehong may kasama na hindi ko masiyadong kilala.
