Kabanata 14 : I need you

Halos manghina ang aking tuhod nang bumitaw siya sa halik na sobrang nagpabilis ng tibok ng aking puso.

The kiss was short and full of softness. Pinagdikit niya ang aming noo at tinitigan ako sa aking mata.

"I love you," his eyes shimmered with the lights that's slightly hitting us.

Nakaawang ang aking labi at hindi alam ang isasagot. He just smiled and moved inches away.

"Like what I said, I don't need your answer immediately. Pero alam ko rin namang mahuhulog ka rin sa'kin." He said cockily that I just want to burst his bubble and tease him.

"How can you be so sure that I will fall for you?" I smirked and his mood suddenly changed. Nawala ang mayabang niyang mukha at napalitan ng tila nagulat at nahaluan ng takot. He looks so adorable when he's shaken.

"Do you like that guy?" He licked his lips and looked away still pouting. I stopped myself from laughing at him.

"Sino?" Pang-aasar ko pa sa kaniya. He brushed his hair, a bit annoyed.

"Bakit? Marami kang lalaki?" He scoffed and put his hands on his pocket. Nakayuko lamang siya at tinitignan ang sahig. May mga binubulong bulong pa siya.

"Hmm, ewan." I shrugged off and I just heard him groan a bit and murmured something under his breath.

"I won't back off. I'll still court you and I won't give up on you whatever it takes." I blinked and his words were like a bomb that would totally affect you.

He walked towards me and held my waist. He swiftly planted a kiss on my forehead. How could he be so precious? He's just too soft and I can't help but to be swayed by him.

He pulled me towards the bench and made me sit. He then crouched and took a look on my ankle, it's a bit red now and I could feel stings on it.

"Tanggalin mo muna kaya?" He asked and looked up to me with his brows a bit furrowed. I nodded unconsciously.

Magaan ang kaniyang kamay habang tinatanggal ang strap ng aking heels. He then put it aside and masaged my ankle.

I was looking at him the whole while he's busy massaging my ankles. Guminhawa ang pakiramdam ng aking paa matapos ang pagmamasahe niya roon. Umupo siya sa tabi ko at ngumiti ng bahagya.

I looked up at the sky, the stars were shining brightly upon us.

In any form or any color, the sky really amaze me. I find peace whenever I looked at the sky and I can find comfort when I'm with Marcus.

I unconsciously leaned my head on his shoulder and closed my eyes a bit. I felt him stiffened a bit but then I felt his hand on my waist pulling me a bit closer to him.

"You sleepy?" He asked in a hoarse voice. I shook my head and stayed in that position. I can feel my head throbbing a bit but it just lasted for a minute.

Naramdaman kong inayos niya ang coat na nakasabit sa aking balikat. Hinayaan niya lamang ako at bahagyang hinahaplos ang aking buhok.

"After ten years, what do you think will happen?" I asked in a small tone. Tumikhim siya at umalis sa pagkakasandal sa kaniyang balikat para matignan siya.
