I hate it. I hate it when that happens. I woke up on the floor, my eyes ringed red and my lungs still burning from when I couldn't breathe I trudged to the bathroom, getting ready for the day before making my way downstairs, praying they'd already left.
Just my luck. They fucking hadn't "Morning" my mother chirped, applying her lipstick in the mirror. Bitch I ignored her, grabbing an apple "You were up early" dad commented as he read the paper "Mm" I replied simply "Another panic attack?" mom questioned.
I again ignored them, picking up my keys "You can't keep doing this... it's bad for you" my dad added, not once looking up, I scoffed at him "Since when did you care what's bad for me?" I asked "Since you started screaming and crying at 4 in the morning, we do have neighbours you know" he commented.
I clenched my jaw, refraining from punching him. Hitting and hitting until he would just stop. Stop... talking Stop nagging Stop breathing...
I left the house, slamming the door behind me to make a point I didn't give a shit about the fucking neighbours Except one... I saw Marigold coming out of her house at the same time as me, she heard the door slam and looked up, smiling at me before she began making her way down the street towards school.
"Hey" I shouted, gaining her attention "Want a lift?" I asked, nodding to the car, she smiled even wider, nodding as she jogged across the street towards me.
"Thanks" she mumbled, getting in the passenger seat "No problem" I smiled, as she shut the door "Anything for you" I mumbled.

"You seem to have settled in well?" Ryder smirked, taking a drag of his cigarette as he handed me one, nodding to the school doors I looked up to see Marigold just before the entrance, she smiled, before disappearing through the doors.
"Guess I just have that effect on people" I mumbled as I lit it, putting the lighter back in my pocket as I inhaled Fuck I needed this. It was so stressful at home. And having to climb up and down to Marigold's window nearly every night.
