I took a walk about around 9:00. It was a nice night so I thought why not. I hugged my sweater tightly as the wind started to pick up. I saw a bright light coming from a gas station sign. I had five bucks in my pocket, and honestly I could use a good pack of gum. I walked in. The little bell rung. I picked a classic bubble gum flavor and paid for it. I smiled and walked out. I stood there at the entrance and opened it up. I heard the engine of a car pull up. No one was here. It was pretty dead, surprisingly.
I looked up at the night sky, but was thrown off by probably the most cutest guy I'd ever seen. I swallowed hard. He looked up from him pumping gas. He grinned at me. He held a cigarette between his fingers. My heart skipped a beat, as that grin spread across his face. I looked away. But it was as if we couldn't stop godman stairing at each other. He was beautiful. Just talk to him, I thought. No he probably was in a hurry to go to some huge party or something.
"Hey" he said.
"Hi" I smiled.
"I'm corey" he said.
"Enna" I said. He blew smoke.
"Perfection" he smiled.
"What?" I said confused.
"Your name" he said. "And you". I felt my cheeks flush a blush color.
"Thank you" I said.
"So you here with anybody?" he asked.
"Uh no just taking a walk" i replied.
"Oh" he said.
"Yeah I would have driven here, but uh I sorta failed my driver's test" I chuckled.
"Dont worry about it" he laughed. "I had to take mine 3 times before I actually passed". I laughed. He got in his car as soon as he was done pumping his gas. "Hey enna" he said I looked up. "You got a phone number".
"Uh yeah" I said and walked over. He grabbed a pen from his glove compartment. I told him my number and he wrote it down on his arm.
"Thanks" he smiled.
"No problem" I said.
"I'll call you" he smirked before driving off.
This coudnt possibly be happing I thought. But it did and it made my night.
