The next day after their morning prayer, Ara's mom told Ara to wait, telling her sister, Omoh to go to the kitchen and start her chores. Aramade stayed with her mom as she was instructed. Ara already knew what that was all about. About Ire. Her mom had been stylishly asking her what was going on between them but she had refused to talk. Now, Ara knew her mom was coming face to face with her.

"Aramade." Her mom called. She could see her daughter's face with the help of the florescent light shinning down upon them. It looked swollen as a result of sleep but still pretty. Ara's smile gave her mom the face she knew ever since her daughter was a kid.

"Mom, is this about my boss?"

Ara's mom stared at her letting her daughter realize she wasn't a kid. "Your boss or your boyfriend?"

Ara smiled, scratching the back of her neck. "Mom, I don't know how you would feel about it that's why have been avoiding the talk," she confessed. "We've started dating and it has been amazing between us. He really loves me mom. I love him too."

Ara's mom smiled back at her daughter. She knew the feeling too well. But she needed to tell her daughter to be careful. This type of relationship seemed too real to last. A Prince from a very rich, well educated family with her daughter. At that moment, Ara's mom wish she was that educated. She wish she went back to school and completed a degree, but she didn't take education that serious because she was already making money. Left to her, she would tell her daughter not to get involved with men like Prince Ire because at the end, they later realize you don't fit into their lives. But Ara's mom knew she couldn't say anything near to that because children of nowadays barely listen to their parents when it comes to getting into a relationship.

As a mother, she decided she would be positive and pray for them. She hope her daughter found happiness at the end of the day. Ara's mom just smiled. "Aramade, if I talk to you oko mi, will you listen?"

"Mom." Ara chuckled. "Of course I will. You love me the most and have come to realise it."

"Ose oko mi (Thank you my child)." Ara's mom said. "You see, he seems like a gentleman to me. I know he will take care of you, but Ara, staying with a man like him, you will have to take a dose of patience to be patient with him. Not because of him, but because you don't know who his family are yet. It might be tough for them liking you if you finally met with them. And that's because they might have liked his ex or because of something you don't even know at all. So be a good girl that you are. Relationship is not a joke Asake mi. My God is with you always. And...hmm....small small o. Is not time for tibi tibi oko mi."

Aramade burst out laughing. "Mommy, ewo tun' ni tibi tibi bayii." She acted like she didn't know her mom was talking about sex.

"Hmm..." Her mom did again smiling. "Ayomi, there is nothing like finishing your school, getting married and ehnn ehnn... Kema bimo lo ni yala yolo (then you can now start having children as you like)."

Aramade laughed. "You see this my mom ehnn. Motigbo Mommy Ara." She immediately got up before her mom added another one for her again. But then, Ara's mom instantly called her back.

"Oko mi, there is this wedding party I've been trying to talk to you about since last week. We are the caterer for the day and I need you to follow us to serve. We need hands. It's an expensive party because if I tell you their estimation and what we are taking over to them, you will fear rich people with money."
