For days, Ara had been unable to reach Prince Ire. It was either not available or switched off. At first, she felt he should have been the one calling her, so for some hours, Ara was angry at him and said she wouldn't call him anymore. But when Ara heard and saw the video which went viral, it was then she knew she had to drop her pride at side and call Prince Ire to hear from him, but his line wasn't going through. Ara became worried and didn't know what to believe or who to call to hear from Prince Ire. Ara wondered if it was the bloggers who revealed the secret or Prince Ire? She thought about what could be happening at the moment. She desperately wanted to hear from him but to no avail.

With the video which went viral, Ara knew no Queen would stay in the palace after cheating on the King for many years. It has always been a taboo for another man to climb on the King's woman. At first, Ara had a feeling of sympathy for Queen Adetutu, wondering how she was going to handle the whole problem, but then, Ara withdrew it back immediately, thinking about how cruel Queen Adetutu was to her staff. And not just that, but to her as well. The slap, the hate, including the threats. It was hell for her. All because she made a mistake which she apologized for. And now, what would be the end of her? Pack out of the palace for her infidelity. A big shame greater than hitting someone's face. And at the end, she left the same palace she wanted Ara to leave in a shameful way.

Now, Ara didn't expect the loud laughter which came out of her mouth. She wasn't making jest of Queen Adetutu, but laughing at her thoughts. God is at work with people who hate us for no reason. While they are plotting evil against us, God is working to expose their shameful deeds just to save us. May we always enjoy God's mercy and favour.

Ara couldn't stop checking her phone hoping Prince Ire would call. She did it to the extent her younger sister, Omoh noticed something was going on with her. Omoh watched Ara dropped her phone for one million times before she finally voiced out. "Sissy what's going on? You've been checking your phone since we got to the shop. Hope all is well? Because this your face is not looking nice."

Ara looked up from the donuts she was frying. She looked dull but managed to reply her sister. "Omoh I will tell you if anything is wrong with me," she said, and turned her head back to what she was doing. Omoh wanted to tell Ara she knew why she was moody and all by herself, but decided to keep quiet, realizing her sister wasn't in the mood to talk. After some minutes, a black Lexus slowly parked at the front of their shop. Clean and attractive, distracting few people who were used to staring at everything they saw.

"Hmm..." Omoh cleared her throat, glancing at her sister who suddenly seemed very busy, concentrating on what she was doing like that was the only thing she had in mind. Omoh cleared her throat for the second time but Ara refused to lift up her head, ignoring Omoh. Omoh got tired of clearing her throat and finally voiced out instead. "Aunty they've come for you o."

Ara raised her head from the dough she was making for another donuts. She turned to Omoh asking what was wrong before her eyes slowly shifted outside. When Ara saw the car, she knew it couldn't be Prince Ire because he didn't own a Lexus. Only if he bought a new car in five days. Ara went on making her dough but glancing at the car every second to see who dropped by. For about five minutes, no one came down. That got Omoh and Ara even more curious, including their workers. They all wanted to see who owned the car that was parked. After Ara got tired of looking, she emptied the large bowl of crayfish her mom told her to fry for a customer. Then returned to start making the flour into donuts shape.

"Oh, it's the second guy. Ayo or what do you call him?" Omoh announced.

Ara looked up from what she was doing to confirm what Omoh said. Not expecting him though, Ara felt better seeing him. His smile flashed at her from afar. That smile Ara really liked so much. She smiled in return, letting him know she was glad to have him. Ayoola got the message and his smile grew bigger. He dipped his car key into his left pocket and walked inside the shop. Walking straight to where Ara was. "How is this angel doing?"

Ara smiled. "Stressed out but fine."

"Your stress is over miss." Ayoola said, moving behind Aramade. He untied the knot behind Ara's neck and removed the apron on her. He drew the flour before Ara away and picked up a napkin for her. "I know where exactly to take you miss."

Ara couldn't help it. She smiled and allowed Ayoola. She washed her hand, cleaned herself and instructed someone to finish what she was doing. The two walked side by side as they continued their conversations. "Thank you so much. I really appreciate." Ara honestly thanked Ayoola. "I've been feeling down lately," she confessed, though not telling him the reason why. She returned his warm smile. "I feel better now. Thank you," she added again. "So are we going for a stroll?"

"No, no, no..." Ayoola shook his head repeatedly. "Taking you out."

Ara smiled. "Actually, I would prefer a stroll," she replied remembering the fun she had with Prince Ire those nights they were together. She never enjoyed strolling that much until Prince Ire got involved and those nights were fun, crazy, and filled with lots of laughter that she fell in love with the idea of strolling.

"No problem. I hope to enjoy myself." Ara agreed and immediately, Ayoola grabbed her hand, heading towards his Lexus.

Ayoola opened the car door her, grinning. "This is how you know a true gentleman. They open the car door."

Ara laughed at him. Finally laughing after some days of being moody. Then she whispered to herself. "In this century, ladies don't trust gentlemen anymore."
