Midoriya had discarded the kiss and told Chiyo he will be fine without it, putting extra bandaging as he apologized for yesterday's crazy day as he left for class with Bakugo strangely following him. He was now healed from his neck and walked normally.

He thought he would divert like always, take another path to avoid him.

Midoriya bummed his shoulder playfully and he got a scowl back from the blonde "So feeling a little less spicy and now more motivated?" He asked as Bakugo gave a brief sigh

"I'm thinking passively about yesterday. So leave me alone to them Deku." He said, as Midoriya nodded with a slouch smile

"Alright buddy. Then I expect you next time we fight to have a new thing going on with your quirk... Hell, why not awaken it?" He teased, causing Bakugo to blow a gasket.

"YOU'RE PUSHING IT DEKU-SHIT! AND LIKE I NEED TO AWAKEN MY QUIRK TO BEAT YOU!"

"Ya sure eh? Neh? Heh?" He said as he poked Bakugo on the cheek. The blonde was about to bite his finger off but Midoriya stopped as he tapped his shoulder and cackled a laugh

"I'm just fucking with you. But seriously... Next time I want to go full on out with you." Midoriya said as he walked more forward, doing a overextended skip as Bakugo was mystified by that claim. He however ignored it as it must be the rantings of the new cocky ass attitude Deku had acquired

"We're here guys!" Midoriya presented himself as Bakugo walked passed him, while he was greeted by some of them in their chairs

"Deku-kun! Had a good sleep!?" Uraraka asked, having been worried that maybe Bakugo had talked to him all night in revengeful hate from his loss but by the looks of it he was fine.

"Yep! I even had a buddy to be talking with in the morning right?" Midoriya said friendly as Bakugo stuck his tongue out in disgust

"Just shut it teme." He said as Midoriya took his seat and some of the other guys just talked to him before Aizawa would enter and start class

Today was notes day, and it was hella boring

"Uugh... My brain..." Mineta complained behind Midoriya as he agreed. Who the fuck would want to focus law applications when they could be doing something else. Like, more battle training? Well that was just him.

"When can a hero book a criminal-?" Aizawa asked as Momo raised her hand

Of course she was chosen as the rest of her classmates where brain drained

"Never. A police officer must take over for a hero must continue their job while they take the criminal back to safety and identification. Possibly even send said criminals to emergencies if needed." Momo responded as the class nodded, Aizawa gave her a thumbs up as he moved on

"Bakugo. What's a hero's duty if first responders have not arrived to a crime scene?" Aizawa asked as he drowsily answered

"Kagh... Uh... A hero's duty when first responders have not arrived is to clear the area from people. It is a must to stay on guard until they arrive with the exemption that there is no possible suspect or villain in the near vicinity which entitles the hero to go after and subdue them." Bakugo answered.

"Good. Then Uraraka, what's the protocol for an attempting suicide incident?"

She grew discontent at the question as she never wanted to be called on by name from some guy that wanted to be killed. It wasn't rare for heroes to get those calls... It was much like suicide by cop scenarios.
