Sephine's Point Of View
I bit my lip and went to looked at my phone again.
"What's wrong young miss?" tanong ni Kuya John kaya naman huminga ako ng malalim at hindi sumagot
"Is it about young master Charles?" tanong niya kaya naman napa-pout na ako't agad siyang natawa
"Well, I saw the fight yesterday while waiting for you at the gate, after all," sagot niya
"I-it wasn't really a fight," nauutal kong sagot
"Ah, an argument then?" tanong niya kaya naman natawa na ako
"There's not much of a difference between the two of them, kuya John" sagot ko dahilan kung bakit siya napangiti
"Mabuti naman po at tumawa ka na ulit, young miss. Although hindi po pinahalata ng master at young masters kahapon at kanina, nag-aalala po sila sayo" sagot niya kaya naman napabugtong hininga nalang ako saka tumingin sa labas ng bintana
".. I know. I am just worried about how to face Charles. I've been very irresponsible in this relationship. I felt like he was actually always the one who had to adjust just to be considerate for me. That's why after what happened yesterday, I want to see him right away and at the same time, I don't want to. I feel so conflicted," tumango naman siya para ipahayag na naiintindihan niya ang saloobin ko
"Well, if the both of you really treasure what you have then there won't be any more reason to be so worried. I'm sure Charles wants to see you soon too," sagot niya kaya naman pinilit ko nalang ngumiti
"I hope so. I'll properly apologize for not being considerate enough for him," bulong ko't tumingin nalang ulit sa labas ng bintana ng kotse
My eyes widened when I saw a huge store and thought of a good idea.
Tinanggal ko na ang seatbelt ko't kinuha ang wallet ko.
"Ah! Kuya John, pwede po ba paki-hinto po sandal? May bibilhin lang po ako," agad naman siyang tumango at huminto na
I hope he'll like it.

Charles POV
Kumunot ang noo ko nang biglang kunin ni Rod ang activity sheet ko.
"Your gloomy mood's spreading in the classroom, Charles" hindi ako sumagot
"Come on. Kahapon pa 'to eh. You need to stop being so childish sometimes. Why are you sulking when the one you've been sulking on isn't here?" tanong niya kaya naman sinamaan ko na siya ng tingin
"I'm not sulking. I'm just thinking about how to solve the arithmetic problem" I mumbled dahilan kung bakit siya humalakhak at winagayway ang activity sheet ko na sa kasalukuyan ay hawak hawak niya
"20 minutes palang tapos mo nang sagutan lahat, Charles. Sino niloloko mo dito?" tanong niya kaya naman napakamot na ako sa batok ko
"Let's set the facts straight. She's not a student here. She won't be staying with us until we graduate. In short, don't waste your precious time together" dagdag niya kaya naman kumunot na ang noo ko
"I know that. Out of all the people here, no one knows it better than me" sagot ko kaya naman napataas ang kilay niya
"And so? Anong nangyari't bakit parang praning ka kahapon?"
"I feel like she's always hiding something from me. Is it really that hard to tell? Insecurities are eating me every single day. Doesn't she trust me?" tanong ko kaya naman natawa siya
