NOPI Chapter 64

Sephine's POV

(A/J: After an hour of meeting...)

"The food's delivered. For the sake of avoiding unnecessary attention, dito nalang muna tayo kakain" sabi ni Violet habang dala dala niya ang mga pagkaing pinadeliver namin kanina

After naming kumain ay umupo na muna kami sa living room at nag-usap nanaman.

"By the way, do you guys have any idea who made that thread? Those photos weren't taken in a single day, ibig sabihin meron talagang napakasipag na estudyante na sumusunod at umaaligid kay Sephine. At hindi lang iisang araw. Just what are their goals?" tanong ni Venus

"I'm sure it's because of the attention Sephine's getting from the princes. Or could it be that you've offended someone lately? Pero ikaw ang pinaguusapan eh, hindi ka nagnaghahanap ng away diba?" tanong naman ni Mandy't tumango na ako

Tumahimik naman kami ng ilang minuto.

I could use my connections with my family really. We all could. But all of our instructions and orders are being reported directly to dad so.. I don't think it's a good idea. We should just deal with it ourselves.

"Sephine.. are you really okay?" nagaalalang tanong ni Venus ng makita niyang nai-speechless ako sa nababasa ko kaya naman tinignan ko na siya kaagad saka ngumiti

"Of cour--" hindi pa ako natapos sa pagsagot ay biglang tumunog ang caller ring tone ng phone ko

Pagkatingin ko sa pangalan ng tumawag ay napakagat na ako ng labi ko saka napatingin sa thread.

Nakisilip naman ang mga pinsan ko sa caller at nang mabasa nilang 'Charles' ay napabugtong hininga na sila.

"You're okay, huh?" tanong ni Venus

"But someone's clearly not okay," dagdag naman ni Mandy

"Answer it already. He could be exploding right now," sabi ni Violet kaya naman nasira na ang mukha ko't tinignan na ang phone ko saka napilitang sagutin ito

Charles' POV

"F*ck, you guys! Check the School Forum now!" sigaw ni Ed kaya naman napatingin kami sakanya saka kami nagkatinginan

"Is it some love scandal again? Para kanino?" tanong ni Ken

"Kay Charles ba or isa nanaman sa atin?" dagdag naman ni Rico

"Ohoho. Don't tell me sa ating lahat?" tanong naman ni Rod dahilan kung bakit nagtawanan sila Ken at Rico

So what if there's a love scandal? Ever since high school, even in elementary, hindi kami nawala sa School Forum. At this time, nasanay na kami.

Is it something worth making such a fuss over?

"It's Sephine," sagot ni Ed dahilan kung bakit kami nagulat

Napatayo naman ako kaagad at agad nang tinapon ang libro ko sa sofa.

"What?! Sephine's in a love scandal?! With who?!" tanong ko dahilan kung bakit nila ako tinignan

"King of Jealousy's at it again," rinig kong bulong ni Rico

"Hahaha. You just said it," sagot naman ni Ken

"Guys, I'm dead serious! Do I look like I'm joking right now?! It's not a positive thread about her, okay!? Someone's trying to ruin her reputation!" frustrated na sagot ni Ed saka pumunta sa living room

Nagkatinginan naman na kami saka sumunod sakanya.

"F*ck, how dare those forum bastards bully my best friend? Time to create three thousand accounts and drown them in insults..." hindi nakatakas ang mga murmur ni Ed sa amin kaya naman nandilim na ang paningin ko't huminto na ang iba sa paglolokohan

Bully..

I immediately caught ahold of the main point in his words.

Someone's bullying my woman again.

In-on niya na ang 20 inches screen saka kinonek ito sa phone niya at hindi naman nagtagal ay nagpakita na ang thread sa screen dahilan kung bakit walang nakapagsalita sa amin at nagbasa nalang.

Below those words were six photos. I swiftly looked at them and gestured for Ed to scroll down which is why he nodded and scrolled down.

I know that person! She's the exchange student from the Elite School, Sephine Cruz! Wow! I can't believe it!

Eh, Sephine Cruz, huh? She looks so innocent and pure though! You really can't judge the book by it's cover! What a btch!

I've seen her though! She's very pretty even with all those.. uhm.. distractions in her face. She's also smart but it seems like she has other skills too!

Ehehey, hindi niyo ba alam? Kung gaano siya ka-hindi makabasag pinggan sa panglabas na anyo, kabaliktaran naman sa kaloob looban niya!

Now that I focused on these pictures, it's not really that hard to recognize who these men are! What a joke! It's the princes, that famous Joseph Falcon and an unknown guy!

Ohmygod, ngayon na nai-mention mo sila, napaisip ako at kinompare ko nga't tugmang tugma! Wow, this nerd's very gutsy indeed! An unfashionable trash clearly vying for all the handsome guy's attention! You should guard your boys now people!"

Eh, so hindi lang siya pumapatol sa matatanda, sa artista kundi pati narin mga estudyante ng school?! Wait, that's my Adonis Joseph Lumiere Falcon, isn't it?! She dared?!

Ako lang ba ang curious kung paano niya nakayanang i-juggle ang napakaraming lalake na mga 'yan?"

Lol. Hindi pa ba halata? Eh sa malandi siya? Tsk. Tsk. Tsk

The princes were actually the ones that reached out to her! Did she poison them or something?! I heard she only came from an ordinary background. Just what power did she have to be able to achieve such a feat?!

Are those men... blind?

Reading up to this point, the boys immediately took a step away from me.

"His expression had already turned terrifyingly dark" - Ken

"I felt goosebumps just now. It seems like he wanted to murder someone" - Rico

Nang marinig ko ang mga bulungan nila ay pinikit ko na ang mga mata ko't sinubukang kalmahin ang dugo ko't puso na mukhang sasabog na sa sobrang sakit at galit.

"He has a cold personality and has a bad temper, but he rarely gets angry anymore ever since he met Sephine.." - Rico

"Unless someone crosses his bottom line, right?" - Rod

"Well.. Sephine's his bottom line..." - Ed

Hindi ko alam kung anong dapat kong maramdaman ngayon. Galit? Awa? For some reason, I feel guilty again. A slightly inexplicable feeling of heartache for her.
