My parents canceled the dinner so I'm just at home chillin, by myself cause Ashley and Cali left me. I was laying down on the couch playin 2k when my phone start ringing.  I looked at the screen and it was boss man old ass. He Jawan dad,  we all work for him. Nigga old as hell and still in the drug business.  He like a uncle to  me though. "Yo" I said into the phone. "Wassup nephew. Need you to do this work f for me. Would got Jawan to do it but he not answerin his phone" he said and I sighed. "Aight man. What block I'm on tonight." I asked. "Caesar block. Be careful  , the boys are hot tonight" he said. "Aight UNC. One" I said before hangin up. Yo this was not the plan for tonight,  plan was to Chill but I gotta do what I gotta do. I hopped in my car and drove to the block. When I was on my way there the boys really was out! They lookin for somebody to get. I pray to God it ain't me. I parked my car in the alley and walked to the block,  I stood there and people start comin in. "Wassup  c-christian let me get th-that" one of my customers said. I nodded And slapped it in his hand while he handed me the money. "Good look m-man" he said and I nodded. I stood there for like 2 more hours then I got a call from boss man. "Yo" I said.  "You good to go. How much you get tonight" he asked. "About a good 1,000,000,000. Hella people was coming in tonight. The block is hot doe.  Police erywhere" I said and he sighed "be safe.  Keep the money that's for you" he said.  "Aight goodlook" I said before hanging up. I sighed and walked to the alley where my car was at. I got in and drove off.  I ain't got no drugs on me so if I do get pulled over then I can't go to jail. I was driving down Westwood when the police lights flashed behind me. Damn I thought,  why me? Ima be coo doe,  I ain't riding dirty so I ain't got shit to worry bout. I pulled over and they got behind me. I sat there and waited for them to approach me. A officer knocked on my window and I rolled it down. "Wassup" I asked. "You were speeding" the officer said and I mugged him and laughed.  "Nah sir I wasn't. You got me confused with somebody else" I said and he sniffed inside my car. "I smell marijuana.  Can you please step out of the car" the officer said and I looked behind him and it was another officer. "You don't smell shit Cause I ain't got shit" I said getting irritated.  "Step out of the car now" he yelled and I smirked and got out. The other officer grabbed me and threw me against the car. "You know if we find something your going down" he said and I shrugged. "Do what y'all gotta do son. But y'all ain't gone find shit " I said and he laughed.  "We'll see" he said in my face. I looked over and the officer was searching my car. "Parker come over here we got a problem" he said and the officer looked at me and then walked over to my car. The other officer said something but I ain't hear em. This shit really pissing me off Cause I know I ain't got shit on me and I never leave my dirty work in my car. "Look what we got here" the officer said holding up a bag of dope. "That shit ain't mine so what the fuck you showing me for opp ass Nigga" I said and he laughed and handed the other officer the dope and he walked over to me and hit me with his nightstick in my stomach. I dropped to the ground holding my stomach and then he punched me in my mouth,  making blood come out instantly. I looked down at my shirt and it had blood from my mouth all over it. "Told you not to lie to me" he said kicking me in my side. I looked at the other officer and he was laughing.  "Y'all some bitches man I swear. You ain't shit without that uniform,  that gun or that night stick. I don't fear you bitches,  y'all only fuckin with me Cause I'm black. " I said and he started kicking me in my side hella times. He then punched me in my nose and blood dripped on my shirt. I grabbed onto the car and lifted my self up. I spit out some blood and then I hit him in his face.  I pulled out my gun and pistol whipped him until I heard a gunshot. I turned around slowly and then I fell down,  holding my stomach. I looked up and the officer had his gun out. He shot me. I coughed up hella blood and gasped for air. "Oh shit Harold what did you do" the officer I hit asked him and he just stood there with wide eyes. "We gotta go" he said and they ran to the police car,  got in and drove off. I just laid there,  my eyes kept shutting. I ain't feel shit,  the pain was too unbearable.  I ain't never got shot before. I turned over on my stomach and slowly lifted myself off the ground. I stumbled to my car , still holding my stomach.  My shirt was now Red Cause all the blood. I got in the car and started the car up and I drove to the hospital. Damn why me? Is all I'm thinking. I know I'm gonna die, I can barely keep my eyes open. My eyes was getting blurry Cause all the tears that was in my eyes. All I could think about was Ashley,  Cali,  Jawan,  kiara,  my mom,  my dad,  my brothers...  even Ciara and my baby.  I just know I ain't gone make it. I pulled up to the hospital,  stumbling towards the doors . When a man seen me him and his wife ran over to me. "I gotta get him inside or he's gonna die" the man said and his wife nodded. The grabbed me and carried me into the hospital. "I-im sorry man" I said. "For what" he asked.  "F-f-for gettin ya shi-shirt all b-bloody" I said coughing up some more blood. He nodded "we need some help here. This young man is about to die if he loses anymore blood" he said and my eyes started shutting. "Keep your eyes open son" he said and my eyes shot open but closed again. The nurses put me on the bed and wheeled me to the back as fast as they could. On my way back there my eyes shut.  Everything went black. I seen this bright light and a hand coming out of it. I walked towards the light and grabbed the hand "come" the deep voice said and I walked with whoever it was. "I'm dead huh?" I asked looking at the bright shadow. I waited for the man to say something but he didn't. We walked up to these golden gates and it was angels holding the doors open. The man turned to look at me and I seen his face. He had long brown hair,  a beard and light blue eyes. It was God. "Welcome" he said. "Am I dead?" I asked. "Yes. But remember God's angels have to return one day, right? " he asked and I nodded. "I'm going to let you meet,  well see some of your old friends and family members" he said holding his hand out,  signaling me to go inside the gates. I walked in and was greeted by my uncle big,  my boy carlito , my brother nezz and some of my other boys I lost. I guess it is a heaven for a G. They all hugged me and talked to me until God called for me. "Do you want to see what's going on right now?" He asked and I sighed and nodded. get waved his hand across the sky and a picture of me appeared in the clouds,  and I was layin On through operation table. He waved his hand across the screen again and it went to the waiting room and I seen Ashley holding Cali,  but she wasn't cryin which made me happy Cause I always told her if this happen don't cry. Then I seen jawan and he was goin CRAZY in the waiting room and kiara had tears rolling down her face while tryin to calm him down. Then i seen my mom , my pops, my brothers  , the crew. Moms was cryin her eyes out. then ciara walked through the doors of the hospital and sat down next to ashley. Look like they was bein civil wit eachotha which made me happy. "I Wish I can tell everybody I'm okay" I said and he put his hand on my shoulder. "Son, this is a wake up call. I'm trying to tell you that what your choosing to do in life isn't right. I have gave you so many signs. So many. but you never noticed.  I am going to let you go back. Go back to your family,  your friends , do right." He said and i nodded. He grabbed my hand and we walked back out the golden gates. "Remember what I said. DO right." He said . "When you close your eyes , your going to be back at the hospital" he said and  i nodded and closed my eyes. "The guy in the waiting room is a wreck. Think he was his friend , brother , something like that" the doctor said. I aint feel nothin but i could hear. "H-hes back. He's alive" the doctor said and i heard the monitor sound. I smirked , well not necessarily because i can't move right now. "We have to tell everyone it was a false alarm" he said and i heard his shoes walking away. "Lets get you in a room" the doctor said to me. My eyes opened slowly and i was blinded by the bright light. "Damn that light is bright" i mumbled and he looked at me and smiled. "Your going to be just fine. You were one of the lucky ones" he said. "I bet" i mumbled and he wheeled me into the room. "Get some rest then we'll Send back visitors"the doctor said to me and I nodded and closed my eyes. I ain't even tired,  I'm just ready to see my baby's and errybody else. After 2 hours I fell asleep then woke back up .  The nurse walked in and smiled at me. "Ready for visitors?" She asked sitting down a cup of jello on the table next to me. I nodded and she said okay. "We'll Send back two at a time. Who would you like to see first" she asked. "My mom and dad" I said and she nodded. A few seconds later they walked in. "How you doin man?" My dad asked kissing my forhead.  "I'm good pops. Hey mom" I said grabbing her hand and pulling her to me. Tears rolled down her cheek and I smiled. "I'm aight ma.  I promise" I said and she nodded and kissed my cheek. after talkin to them for 15 minutes my brothers and my sisters came in,  I talked to them then Jawan and kiara came in. I looked at Jawan and his eyes was Red as fuck,  wasn't even green nomore.  "Wassup y'all" I said and kiara hugged me. "I'm so glad you okay baby bro. " she said through sobs.  "Yeah I'm coo" I said to her while kissin her head. "Aye sis lemme talk to Jawan for a second " I said and she let me go and nodded. Jawan was still standin by the door staring into space. I smirked and laughed. "I know niggas wasn't cryin" I said and he looked at me and walked to the chair and sat down.  He sighed and looked at me. "When I heard you was dead I got so mad man. I Flipped the fuck out. I prayed to God that he brought you back to me cause lord knows I can't lose another brother of mine. I love you man, who did this shit to you?" He asked. I sighed.  "Police" I said and he shook his head. "Shit is crazy" he said.  It was quiet for a few seconds and I looked at him and he was cryin. "Come ere man" I said and he got up and sat next to me. "I'm coo bruh.  they gone get theirs  believe me bruh. I Love you dawg." I said and he nodded and dapped me. "Love you too bro. I needa go get some sleep man. ima come check back and we gone chexk on you tomorrow." He said and i nodded. "Aight one." I said. "One" he said before walkin out the room. Ciara came in and i just stared at her. "Wassup cici" i said with a smirk. "Nothing much. I got a call from ashley telling me you were dead" she said bitin her bottom lip. "Yeah but im coo now . How you and the baby doin?" I askd. "We are good. Really good." She said and i nodded. "Thats good." I saod with a smirk. She cleared her throat and stood up. "well i guess i better get goin" she said about to walk away. "Love you cici"i said and she nodded. "Love you" she said before walking out. 5 minutes passed and Ashley ain't come in. I waited and waited and she still ain't come. After 15 minutes she came in..  "took you long enough." I said and she nodded and laid next to me. "Had to get myself together" she said and I nodded. I heard her sniffles and I looked at her and she was crying.I sighed and rubbed her back. "It's aight ma Im coo" I said and she nodded. "Where's Cali?" I asked. "Justin got er.  She stayin wit him" she said and I nodded. "I love you" she said and I kissed her head. "Love you too" I said in a rasp voice. We just sat there and talked until we both fell asleep.
