Alexa's p.o.v:
"Sir you are arrested, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. You have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice before we ask you any questions"
Amanda said as she handcuffed Demetri.
What just happen? It's like all the men that were involved in my life are psychopaths.
Why do I always fall for psycho's?
I feel so bad because it's my fault, it's all my fault. David probably hates me and he's the only person I can trust now.
My parents are overseas, so I'm all alone.
"Umm, Josh right?"
I asked.
"Yes, are you okay?"
Josh asked.
"Can you please tell me what happened to David?"
I asked.
"Of course, he went to the hospital and apparently he was sent home."
Josh said.
"Okay, thank you"
I thanked.
"Do you need something else?"
Josh asked.
"Umm, actually, can you drive me to my friend's house?"
I asked.
"Umm, sure."
He said.
-25 minutes later-
"Thank you Josh"
I said as I got out of the car.
"No problem"
He said back.
I walked towards the door and knocked.
After a couple of seconds Jolene opened the door.
"Hey, I was just going to call you. Are you okay?"
Jolene asked.
But I didn't answer I just cried.
Demtrie's p.o.v:
"Are you insane?! You threatened my future daughter in law with a freaking gun?! What were you thinking?! Demetri Nikolaj Ivanov I'm extremely disappointed!!"
My mom yelled.
"Relax Mrs. Ivanov."
Mr. Stuart, my lawyer said.
"Don't tell me to relax Gavin! My only son might go to prison for 4 freaking years! Oh and I don't want to think what will happen with the media! It's going to ruin our reputation!!"
My mother said.
"Mrs. Ivanov, can you prove that Demtrie had psychiatric issues?"
Gavin asked.
"Yes, why?"
She asked.
"Well, if we can prove that Demtrie has psychiatric issues he can go to a mental hospital for a year instead of going to jail for 4"
Gavin explained.
"And what about the media?"
She asked.
"We can get a decree that will prevent the media getting involved."
He said.
"And if she wouldn't wait for me?"
I said.
"What?"
My mother asked.
"What if Alexa wouldn't wait for me? "
I asked.
"You know what?! I hope that she'll not wait for you! You had a great relationship and you ruined it!"
My mother said to me.
"I love her, I love her so damn much! I wanted to marry her and I fucking ruined it! "
I said in tears.
I couldn't hold it anymore, I cried and cried and cried.
Alexa's p.o.v:
-3 days later-
"Are you sure you want to go?"
Jolene asked.
Do I want to go? Jolene tried to convince me that I shouldn't go to Demetri's trial but I instead.
"I'm sure"
I answered.
"Okay, well let's go"
-in court-
I got into the court room and Vera asked me to sit next to her.
"Thank you for not filing a report"
Vera said and I simply nod.
"We are here to discuss Demetri Ivanov's trial about the involvement in an assassination attempt of David Evens . Is the Defendant here?"
The judge asked.
"Yes,"
Demtrie answered.
"Do you swear to tell only the truth and nothing but the truth?"
The judge asked.
"I swear"
Demetri said.
"Because you requested to have no juries, I'm going to judge you."
The judge says.
"Yes your honor"
Demetri answered.
"Who is you lawyer?"
The judge asked.
"I am"
A tall guy said with a strong British accent.
"Great, let's start."
-25 minutes-
"Hello Doctor Levin, you were Demetri Ivanov's therapist am I right?"
Demetri's lawyer asked.
"Yes"
He answered.
"And would you say that he Demetri is mentally stable?"
He asked.
"No"
He answered.
"And would you say that he should be in jail or in a mental hospital?"
He asked
"In a mental hospital"
-1 hour later-
"After looking at the evidence, the defendant has been found guilty and will be sent to a mental hospital until a doctor will say"
The judge said.
"Your honor my client wants to say something"
Demetri's lawyer said.
"Sure"
The judge sigh.
"Alexa, promise me you'll wait for me"
Demtrie said as he turned around to face me.
"Sir you can't talk to the audience"
The judge said.
"Alexa, baby?"
Demetri asked.
"I promise"
I said.
