"He's out of his coma boss." my second hand man whispered hoarsely when he came running back. I crushed the glass cup in my hands, ignoring the blood dripping through.
"Too early...." a voice behind me whispered. I threw whatever pieces of the glass somewhere around me.
"You bet it is." I snarled, getting up. "Clean that up." I snapped. Some shuffling told me that they were doing their work. I focused on my hand, but still gritted my teeth my hand quickly healed together.
"That's not all of it." My second hand man whispered as I started waving my hands to create a portal.
"What." I snapped, as I focused on a small purple hieroglyphic in my head.
"Project Moonlark was in his room with her friends when he woke up. They didn't realize until a Guard told them. They know us.." The portal appeared, sizzling with electricity.
Well... That doesn't usually happen...
"Are you kidding me?" I snapped when we walked back to our hideout. He sighed.
"I wish I was...."
I thought about our earlier plan, which involved doing some things while our WONDERFUL king was out. I smirked as I walked over to the map, throwing a dagger at a specific place.
"Make preparations to go there in a few days. If we can't get to the most powerful source, we can get to a few mortal sources ..."
