~Fitz~

I was literally floating after my date with Sophie.  Biana stared at me strangely before disappearing into in her room.  I almost bumped into dad, I was on cloud nine.

“Kings don’t have their head stuck in cloud nine after one date with a girl that they’re not going to end up with!” he snapped as I stood up straight.  I looked down, ashamed.

“Stop bothering Fitz, dad!” Biana yelled from her room.  Dad glared at the direction of Biana’s room. Biana popped her head out of her room, not showing the weird black clothing she was wearing under.  After a long staring contest, dad sighed, annoyed.

“Just go to your room,” he said.  “I want to talk to you and Biana tomorrow.”  With that, he walked away. I sighed in relief and looked at Biana.  She smiled and winked before disappearing back into her room. I walked over to my room and sighed.  All I could visualize was Sophie’s smiling face. Today was so fun… I quickly went to shower, not able to keep my mind off of Sophie.

“Why can’t I get you outta my mind?” I murmured.  That was not a good idea. I choked on shower water as I tried to close it.  I got out and sighed. As I got into bed, I tried to force myself to sleep. I still couldn’t.  So I decided to visit Biana. I went over to her room and knocked on the door. No answer. Why isn’t she answering?  She never goes to sleep this early. I opened the door and saw her blankets were all messed up. She wasn’t here. I quickly ran downstairs., scared.  What might have happened to her?

“Fitz?  Is everything okay?” Mom asked as I almost bumped into her.

“BIANAISNTHEREANDIMAFRAIDSOMETHINGHAPPENEDTOHER!” I said in one breath.

“Calm down darling.” mom said, placing her hand on my shoulder.  I took a deep breath and sighed. “Now tell me what happened.” she whispered, knowing that we couldn’t disturb my dad.

“Biana isn’t in her room and I’m afraid something might have happened to her.” I whispered.

“What?!” she exclaimed, forgetting her queeness (I couldn’t think of a word [- > -]) for a second.  “Let me text her!” she said, taking out her jewel encrusted Imparter. As much as I loved my mom, I didn’t understand why she had to have all these beautiful jewelry.  It made me feel bad, seeing those have no money and then my mom with just useless wealth. For a few minutes, she was on it, texting Biana. Soon, she let out a HUGE breath of relief.

“Well?” I asked, worried.

“She’s at Marella’s.” mom said, smiling.

“Oh…” I said, sighing in relief.  “Okay. I’m going to go up to my room.  Good night mom!” I said as I started walking up the stairs.

“Good night!  Remember Foxfire starts tomorrow!  Also, Biana’s going to Atlanta after school so you don’t have to wait for her!” she said.

“Got it!” I said as I reached my room.  I entered my room and sighed. There’s something off with Biana lately.  I don’t understand what it is. It feels like she’s hiding something from me.  Even Marella, Linh, and Tam seemed EXTREMELY suspicious. I just can’t place my finger on it….  Oh well. I shrugged it off and went to bed. I soon fell asleep just thinking of Sophie’s beautiful eyes.

~Keefe~

Fine…  I have to admit, seeing Fitz and Sophie together, having so much fun, hurt.

BUT only a bit…

Fine…

Maybe a bit more.

…..

Fine…

ALOT.

It hurts seeing them together A LOT.  Why does everyone end up falling for Wonderboy?  Some just because he’s the prince. Some because he’s “handsome”.  Ugh. I thought Sophie would be different.

She is…

I’m positive…  I looked at the picture I sneakily took a of her.  She’s just caught up in Fitz’s lies.

And I will make sure she’s not.
