Harry was sent to live with the Dursley's, Dahlia is left in the care of her Godfather Remus Lupin, who hands her off to Molly Weasley.
While Harry is named the 'The Boy Who Lived', Dahlia is named to be 'The Girl who Remembers' as she is able to remember every detail of what has occurred in her life.
