Chapter 8

3rd Person POV

"Potter!" A blonde female roared as she entered the Gryffindor tower,

"Ah, Jennifer lovely to see-"

"Shut your mouth Black!" She yelled as she whipped out her wand and lifted him in the air,

"Where's Potter?" She growled at the hanging boy,

"Ridgeback! What do I owe the pleasure?" Potter asked from the balcony,

"What did I warn you?" She asked as she dropped Black on the floor, Potter came down the stairs and shrugged before leaning against the wall,

"Dunno" Potter said making Jennifer's face grow angrier.

"You know exactly what I told you" She spat before Potter was lifted into the air and dangled upside down,

"Padfoot?" Potter said,

"Prongs?" Black replied,

"Can you help a brother out?" Potter asked,

"I'm good thanks maybe Moony and Wormtail might though" Black replied smirking,

"Jennifer what are you doing?" A ginger girl asked as she entered the Common Room,

"Teaching Potter here to leave Severus alone" Jennifer replied,

"Listen, just put him down. Severus can handle himself" the ginger girl said, Jennifer sighed and dropped Potter on his head,

"That's your last warning Potter. Next time you'll be going to the Hospital Wing" Jennifer said before going upstairs into the girl's dormitory.

Jennifer's POV

I slammed the door shut before throwing myself on my bed, the door opened, allowing Kayla and Madeline come in gossiping,

"Oh my-have you seen Sirius?" Kayla said,

"Yes, he's just so dreamy" Madeline said,

"Then why don't you accept his request of you being his girlfriend" I say interrupting their fantasies,

"I'm playing hard to get" Madeline sneered, I nodded

"Do whatever, I'll just warn you, it'll only be so long he'll chase before he gets bored" I say, she scoffed.

"He'll never get bored of me. Plus, you're only jealous that he's attracted to me" she said making me laugh,

"Please, why would I be jealous of you" I sneered before leaving the room, I bumped into Remus knocking the book out of his hands, "Sorry Moony" I say picking it up and handing it to him,

"Well what's got you so flustered?" He asked,

"Flustered?! I'm not flustered! If anything, I'm pissed off!" I yell,

"That's why your known as a 'hothead'" he said,

"Who by?" I asked, he didn't answer, "Dammit Remus! Don't make me hate you!" I yell backing him against the wall, it looked pretty weird to say that he was a foot taller than me, "The year has only just started and Prongs and Padfoot have already pissed me off" I say backing up a little, he smiled before pulling me into a hug,

"Madeline, Kayla and Padfoot" he whispered, I pulled away before walking down the stairs, into the Common room

"Padfoot" I say containing my anger, he came over to me and I grabbed him by the ear, dragging him out of the portrait hole "What's this about you calling me a Hothead?" I asked.

"Well, have you met you? You basically rip off everyone's head" he said, I sighed

"Oh, just incase you wanted to know Madeline is playing hard to get, she told me herself" I say before going back into the common room and towards Prongs and Lily,

"Why won't you go out with me?" Prongs whined,

"Because you're a disgusting, horrible-"

"Bastard" I say cutting Lily off, she smiled at me before leaving to go to bed.

"Why you do that?" Prongs asked,

"Because I'm a bitch" I say sitting down next to him, he put his arm around my shoulder

"That you are" he said chuckling, Moony and Wormtail sat down in the arm chairs,

"Full moons tomorrow" Wormtail said which made me raise an eyebrow,

"What's so important about a full moon?" I asked,

"Oh nothing, just me and the boys like to look at it" Sirius said as he sat down next to me,

"Well then, I'll see you boys tomorrow" I say before getting up and going up to the room.

I got in the room, Kayla and Madeline were whispering and giggling with each other while looking over to Lily and Alice, I walked into the bathroom changing into my pjs before walking out

"Can you believe Sirius and James hang around with them losers; Pettigrew and Lupin" Kayla whispered before giggling, I clenched my fists,

"What's so wrong with them?" I asked making them both look up at me,

"Erm, have you seen them?" Madeline said, I bit my tongue as I went over to my bed, "Well have you?" Madeline asked.

"Does it matter what they look like?! Remus has a heart of gold! Peter is sweet! And all you two do is judge them on their appearance!" I yell,

"I don't judge on appearance!" Madeline yelled, I changed into my Animagus and pinned Madeline down as I roared in her face,

"Jennifer" Lily said, I got off Madeline before changing back,

"Piss me off again and I'll rip your head off" I say before climbing into bed and falling asleep.
