The bell rings as I walk into the arcade where teenagers are playing on the games.
I scan the games, looking for my boyfriend Richie.
My eyes land on him, but also another girl too. Sitting with him.
They sit on the bench.
I raise an eyebrow, hiding behind where two girls play.
"What are you doing?" A blonde girl asks me.
"Do you know who that girl is over there?" I ask, pointing to her.
"Yeah, she's my sister. And that's her boyfriend."
My heart drops.
"Why, is he like your best friend or something?" The blonde asks me.
"He's also my boyfriend." I say, walking out from behind the game and over to Richie as him and her laugh at something.
I clear my throat and cross my arms.
Richie and her look up. His eyes widen at the sight of me.
"Jenna? What are you doing here?" He asks me.
"You know her?" The girl asks him.
"Yeah, I'm also his girlfriend." I say, my lip quivering. "Richie how could you? I really thought you loved me."
"I-I do. It's just...hard to explain." He says.
"Explain what? The fact you lead me on? Making me believe you loved me for four months?" I ask him.
"Me and him have been together for two months." She says.
I glare at him. "Whatever Richie." I say, a tear falling from my eye.
I walk out of the arcade, fully in tears now.
"Jenna?" I hear behind me.
I turn around, wiping under my eyes.
Beverly stands there with Eddie, holding a bag full of party supplies.
There for our clubhouse.
"Why are you crying?" Beverly asks, running up to me. Eddie too.
"Richie, he has another girlfriend." I say. "He's been with her for two months."
The arcade door opens and Richie comes running out.
"Jenna!" He calls out.
Eventually seeing me and Beverly.
And Eddie but he's just standing there.
"Let's just start walking." I mumble, turning around.
Only for me to be turned around forcefully.
"Can we talk please?" Richie asks me.
I glance over at Bev who nods.
I turn back to Richie.
"Fine." I say.
He pulls me behind a building.
   "What?" I ask.
He sighs. "I'm sorry. I've just been so bored with our relationship."
"Bored? I'm not good enough for you?" I ask.
