Also here's this picture I took of me rn while I'm anxious bc why not. I don't look good in this pic at all and that's ok. I'm human and nobody looks flawless while feeling anxious. For anyone struggling with anxiety or any mental issue, you're not alone. I understand how you feel and so do many others. You'll be okay maybe not at this instant but you will be. Don't give up. I know it's hard because there's so many things that make you want to give up but don't do it. You've made it this far and I'm proud of all of you. All of you are strong for getting up everyday despite whatever you're going through. Once again, I love y'all.
