In metropolis we see Dendy in the base as she was working on the screen of her hackpack as she was looking at a timer as it showed five days.

Dendy: I need to save (Y/N). He doesn't know the danger he's in.

Then we see max and K.O. come in as they saw Dendy.

Max: Dendy what are you doing?

Dendy: I'm trying to figure out a solution to save (Y/N).

Max: Save (Y/N)?

Dendy: Yes, this timer shows how much time (Y/N) has left.

K.O.: What happens if the timer reaches zero.

Dendy: (Y/N) will… Take a long nap.

K.o: a nap?

Dendy: Yes. *whispers to max* (Y/N) will die.

Max: What?!

Dendy: The timer shows he has five days left 

Max: Then how do we save him?

Dendy: The Ultimatrix will need a sample of (Y/N)'s original DNA.

K.O.: Original DNA?

Max: but the ultimatrix said all the human DNA is gone.

???(D): Perhaps you all need some assistance.

Then the three turned to see a man wearing a black tuxedo and fedora and was holding a cane.

K.O.: Who are you?

D: I have no name and i'm but two days old.

K.O: You don't have a name?

D: Just kidding, call me D.

Max: Why are you here?

D: I overheard your conversation and heard that your friend has only five days left.

Dendy: How can you help us?

Max: But why should we trust you? We don't even know you.

D: For you to know I'm a lost man trying to find a way back home.

K.O.: Max, Dendy, we need to help D find his home.

Max: I don't know about this.

Dendy: We are not certain if D is a friend or foe.

K.O.: But he said he's trying to find his home and a hero helps people. D if you can help us save (Y/N) and we'll help you get back to your home.

Dendy: If K.O. trusts him then i will be of assistance to D.
