Chapter 85:"Fank Yew!"

-AMANDA-

Charles and I are in the library. He said he wanted to show me something and here we are now. I feel the bulge in my handbag and my heart starts racing, again.

-Should I give it to him now?... or later? Would I seem crazy for him?-

I'm staring at the painted ceiling, which are paintings of beautiful stars and the whole galaxy. The look on it, makes my heart flutter. -It is indescribable!-

"I come here often, whenever I need to escape reality." He says as he walks beside me. I catch him staring up aswell. -How can one be so perfect looking!? Even his side profile is art!-

"I-Is that so?" I stutter, because of my weird thoughts about him. -Darn it! Stay focused, Amanda!-

He nods and smiles at me. "I find it breathtaking and wonderful. Don't you?"

"It is indeed amazing." I smile. "But what makes it beautiful, is that it's inside a place full of books and silence." I say.

His blue eyes shimmer as he grabs my hand. "Now that you've mentioned it. Shall we find some books?"

I find myself smiling widely at him. "Yes!"

We walk past the bookshelves. I find the romance sections and immediately look at the diverse story variations. -I don't know why, but books always make me smile. It's sort of addicting.-

I know, that I'm focused reading most of the time and blur the world behind me.

I hear a woman talking beside me, about 'A.J.'. I smile by the thought of Raven being here beside me and hearing this. It seems like he made himself a fandom.

-Speaking of Raven... I still can't get over by how sweet and caring he is. He literally saved me from my period. Sounds pretty weird, but after his treatment I felt really comfortable... I wonder, what he's doing right now?... And Blake... He's really teasing me a lot, but he has changed so much... I'm afraid to hurt him.-

A girl suddenly bumps into me and apologises. "Excuse me."

"It's alright." I quietly mumbles and she sends me a warm smile. -I really find it cute, when girls are honest and apologise for little things. It just shows that you're being treated nicely.-

Her friend laughs at her as they walk past me. "You're so stupid! You didn't even watch, where you're going."

"It is your fault!" The girl barks as they slowly disappear from my sight.
-Reminds me of Courtney and I. Why did I even come here alone?... No wait!-

I just noticed that I've lost Charles.
-HELL! I JUST PARTED WAYS WITH HIM, BECAUSE I WAS BEING TOO FOCUSED SEARCHING FOR BOOKS TO READ! I'M SO AWFUL -

I look at my surroundings, but he Is no where to be seen. Right as, I was about to leave a sudden hand crawls out of the bookshelf and I shriek.

"Sorry, did I scare you?" I hear Charles talking and look up. He peeks between some books and smiles at me.

"Yeah, you sure did!" I say and blush, because I'm embarrassed as hell. -Why did I have to space out?!-

"You seemed so focused and I didn't want to distract you." -He actually cares about me... I feel miserable for forgetting about him.-

"I'm sorry, I've spaced out again." I sigh, making him giggle.

"That's alright. To be honest, I was spacing out as well." He lifts a book up and grins. "I found something really interesting."
