~ Day 25 ~
~ 18 / 10 / 12 ~
For the last 3 days I have been stuck on 91.5 which really made me feel depressed because I expect at least a small drop every day, but then when I weighed myself this morning, I weighed in at 90.3 kg!!!
I think for the last 3 days I was building muscle - muscle weighs more than fat - and each day, although it was hard, I persevered in my workout and didn't give up! Granted, one day I finished my workout a bit earlier than I normally do, but that was because my whole body needed a rest - the fact that I did the exercise when I didn't want to is the spirit that will lose weight.
What is the motto here? DON'T GIVE UP JUST BECAUSE THE SCALES DON'T SHOW A CHANGE!
Measurements will change, muscles will develop... and patience will lead to the scale lowering as well :D
Also, a tip for sugar cravings - I am avoiding all soft drinks FULL STOP, but I let myself have a treat a few times every week. This leads to NO BINGEING, plus it is a reward for working hard. HOWEVER, that doesn't mean I eat a whole chocolate bar, or anything.
I usually have one or two of those 'serving size' chocolates that come pre-wrapped in packets of about 15 or something like that, like tiny Mars bar, or Milky ways.
If you don't know what I mean, just ask me, but they let me have something sweet that isn't totally bad :)
Anyway, signing off for today, and remeber the 248 rule;
At 2 weeks you start to notice changes toyour body.
At 4 weeks your family starts to notice changes to your body.
At 8 weeks your friends start to to notice changes!
NEVER GIVE UP!!!
