~ Day 22 ~
~ 15 / 10 / 2012 ~
Well, to date I weight 91.5 kilos, down from my highest weight of 96.9 - it feels awesome :)
5.1 KILOS LOST BABY.
This is my every-day plan:
- 1 hour workout
- metabolism boosting acai tablets x 2 a day
- healthy eating / planning meals the night before
- the 100 situp challenge; this one my friend challenged me to - you do 100 sit ups a day for 100 days. It actually makes you feel great, I DARE YOU.
I dare you to try one of those options, give it a week and see how great you feel! I've been at this for 3 weeks and one day, and I feel amazing.
And my skin is really clear!
On another note, my birthday is in 12 days, and the money I get from that I'm going to spend on clothes to buy when I'm small - believe me, that is SOO inspirational!! If you are trying to lose weight, then also take waist / stomach / thigh / neck measurements, and remember, muscle weighs more than fat.
When you put on muscle, the scales may not go down - but your measurements will.
