"pretty boy~"

taehyun raised an eyebrow. "don't 'pretty boy' me — you have prom next week, and you need to sort out your theme with jiyeong noona."

beomgyu pouted, putting his head on taehyun's shoulder. "but i want to be with my pretty boyfriend."

taehyun smiled softly, putting a soft kiss on beomgyu's forehead. "yeah, okay. but i'm busy, so occupy yourself." beomgyu didn't move, so taehyun just continued writing in his book. "dongpyo told us that he has a crush on someone that you know."

beomgyu hummed. "i don't know much girls, so who does he like?"

"it's a guy."

beomgyu widened his eyes and lifted his head from taehyun's shoulder in shock. "for real? i thought he'd like girls, since girls like cute guys nowadays. he'd score with all genders, honestly — he's freaking adorable."

"he says as his boyfriend sits beside him," taehyun narrated with a bitter glare at beomgyu, which made the older gulp nervously.

"w-well… not as cute as y-you, baby," he stuttered quickly, breathing in relief when taehyun continued working. he put a hand to his chest and sighed. "so who's this guy he likes?"

"remember han seungwoo?" taehyun asked, turning to the next page in his notebook.

"vaguely — he graduated last year, right?"

"three years ago."

"oh dang, we're getting old. what, really? oh my god, that's such a long time ago."

"exactly," taehyun nodded. "he's gotta be, what, 22 right now, right? in korean age, he's 23. so why does dongpyo have a crush on a legitimate adult?"

beomgyu widened his eyes. "no fricking way."

"and why do they still keep contact with one another?" taehyun continued. "i mean, i'm all for dongpyo's little crush — it's cute and all, but it's trouble for seungwoo. he's an actual adult, and dongpyo is still a school student, and legally still a minor. only legally. i've met seungwoo when i was a freshman, and he's a great guy, so i get why dongpyo would like him. but a 22-year old? really? that's a bit much."

"how did he, like… you know. fall for him?" beomgyu asked, resting his head on his palm.

"dongpyo and i arrived here when he was a senior, and he was our group leader for a bit. dongpyo grew attached to him, and i guess that's where the crush started," taehyun replied. "it's cute and all, but… i'm worried for dongie. we're about the same age, but… i feel like i'm responsible for him. he's too cute and innocent. i'll say it — he's cuter than kai."

beomgyu gasped. "you didn't."

"i did," taehyun nodded. "kai's more like an annoying little brother, dongpyo is my cute younger brother and dohyun is that terrible crackhad lewd brother that has posters of naked anime girls on his wall and plays dokidoki literature club all day."

beomgyu stared for a moment. "that's… quite a description."

"he's exactly like that," taehyun confirmed. "but he also has a cute crush on wonyoung, so he's fine."

"aw, toddlers with crushes — we love that," beomgyu smiled. "but it shouldn't be too bad if dongpyo confesses, right? he's in his last year next year anyways, and he'll be out soon."

taehyun sighed. "i'm still worried…"
