The Gotham city police force are all walking through the streets in single file lines while a group of men are playing bagpipes. The Gotham city police force are all quietly standing in the middle of the street while the mayor is giving a speech. Bruce Wayne drives a motorcycle up to a building that is in the same area as the parade. Bruce Wayne walks into the building. Bruce Wayne walks into a room and finds a group of Gotham city police officers tied to a pole. Their mouths are covered with duck tape and they are blindfolded.
