She looks at me in shock.
"What?" I ask in confusion. Did she not like that kiss? Was I a bad kisser? I hope not. That would be embarrassing. Wouldn't it?
"You're such a good kisser." She smirks and stands up. I smile and look up at her as she looks down on me.
"So I guess we're in a serious relationship huh?" I sit up slowly.
"Yup. I guess it does. But not...not too serious." She laughs and kisses my forehead as she runs her hand through my curls.
"Ugh I've been waiting for this moment to happen." She sighs, as she sits by my head, as I lay my head on her lap.
"What do you mean?" I say as I look up at her.
"Marcel. Ever since I met you, I had this special feeling about you. I knew you were hiding underneath all that nerdy Marcel."
"Oh wow thanks." I say sarcastically, smiling. She punches my shoulder playfully.
"Oh shush. You know what I mean Marcel. Ever since the late swim at the lake, I found you amazingly cute and kind. I remember the feeling of falling asleep right next to you. The best feeling in the world."
"Looks like we have the same feelings." I smile and close my eyes as I rest in her lap. I hear someone walk in the door, but don't have the strength to open my eyes and lift my head to see who it is, as my meds kick in quickly. As soon as I know it Im falling asleep to the sound of voices, talking faintly. I can't make out what their saying, because I'm falling asleep of course. But all I can say is that I have never been more lucky. More happy. Marcel, you just earned yourself a girlfriend. A girlfriend by the name of Natalie Newton. A girlfriend you would have forever. I knew it. Nothing can come between me and Natalie. Nothing at all...❤️
