I ran as fast as I could back to Kyle's place. When I arrived I had to be quiet when I entered as I figured his parents would be sleeping with it being the early hours of the morning.

"Kyle!" I whisper yelled as I walked into the living room.

"In here." I heard him call from the kitchen.

"Don't talk too loud, you'll wake your parents up." I reminded him.

"My parents left for Seattle earlier, I doubt I will be waking them up anytime soon." He replied and I walked over to the fridge and grabbed a bottle of water.

"Sooo.." I started.

"She's upstairs in the guest room where you are staying; also may I remind that although my parents aren't here to hear you two get it on I still don't want you two doing that because I don't to hear it either." He said and I smirked before making my way up the stairs.

I walked into the guest room where I was staying and saw Lauren sleeping peacefully on the bed.
"Lauren." I whispered just to check that she was definitely sleeping. She didn't respond so I decided to lay next to her and just sleep.

--

I woke up the next morning to the smell of the bacon, I looked to my left and noticed Lauren wasn't there so I threw on some sweats and trudged downstairs.
I looked in the living room and there was no sign of anyone so I made my way to the kitchen.

"You're still here." I said in shock when I saw Lauren stood cooking.

"Why would I not be?" She questioned as she made her way over to me.

"I just..I just thought that you wouldn't want me because I have messed you around so much." I told her honestly.

"I could never not want you. Anyway, sit I made breakfast." She ordered.

--

Lauren had gone home and everything was kinda looking up, I just need to tell her that if we are going to make this work we need to take things slow. We will have to start as friends again but I'm positive in no time we will be right back to where we were before.

I managed to make my way to the coffee shop that me and Kyle always go to; I loved the place and not many people knew about it so it was always quiet and I could just be alone with my thoughts.

"Late night?" I heard a feminine voice say, I looked up to notice someone sat opposite me.

"Excuse me?" I questioned.

"Well its just that the size of the coffee is not one you would be drinking if you were wide awake." She told me.

"I'm sorry who are you?" I questioned further.

"Eva and you are?" She returned.
"Y/N." I informed her.

"Right, I'm going to get straight to the point here. I walked in the door and I saw you sat here all alone and I thought you were beautiful; basically, what I'm trying to say is are you single?" She asked and I was surprised anyone actually had an interest in me.

"That depends." I replied playfully.

"On what?" She questioned.

"If you're asking me on a date or not." I returned and she smirked.

--

"You got a date?" Kyle questioned in shock, it was almost as if he was surprised someone other than Lauren would be interested in me. I simply just nodded.

"What about Lauren, I thought you two worked things out?" He interrogated.

"No, we slept in the same bed then she made me breakfast. We agreed to go to dinner tonight where I am planning on telling her we need to be just friends for the time being or until we can both figure out what we want." I informed him.

"But it's obvious what you both want." He told me as if I was being oblivious to the whole situation.

"I don't want to hurt her again, I feel like if I break her heart one more time she will hate me forever, in fact she already should hate me forever." I said as I looked down at the ground sadly.

"Whatever, I mean if this is what you want then go on a date with that girl and who knows maybe you two can survive a long distance relationship." He said before pulling me into an embrace.

"Kyle, you ready to go?" We heard James yell from living room.

"Are you going to be alright here on your own because if not we can call of our date and hang out, I mean I feel like I've kind of abandoned you since you have been here to visit and you are leaving soon." He rambled.

"Kyle, go with James. I will be fine here and anyway I will be going to dinner with Lauren later so I won't be lonely all evening." I said pushing him out of the kitchen and towards the living room where James was.

Lauren's P.O.V

I was making my way to the restaurant where Y/N told me to meet them, for some reason I was extremely anxious like she was going to break my heart...again.
It was a nice evening in Miami, it wasn't too hot but at the same time it wasn't cold, but then it never is cold here.

I was strolling along the sidewalk when I turned to my left and saw the ocean, the sun was reflecting off of it perfectly, I realised I had been stood there staring at the ocean for too long so I decided to continue towards the restaurant.
I noticed the sidewalk was a little uneven so I thought it would be best if I watched my step.

I'm sure I must've been getting close to the restaurant by now but it wasn't anywhere to be seen, I decided to take a right turn and head in that direction. Apparently I wasn't looking where I was going because I tripped and fell straight forwards, I managed to get back up although my head hurt a lot. I steadied myself, or so I thought I did. Turns out I didn't as I fell again, this time though I fell backwards and everything turned black.

--

I think I must've been out of it for at least six hours. When I woke my family and the Cabellos were all surrounding me, Kyle and James were even there. There was just one person missing.
Y/N. They weren't there.

"Kyle, where's Y/N?" I asked trying to get to the bottom of their disappearance.

"Well they got bored of waiting at the restaurant so they called Eva and met her, I think they went back to her place." Kyle explained and it felt like my heart dropped.

Something was up with Y/N this morning, I knew it. But if Y/N wanted to move why didn't they just tell me this morning and save me all this hassle.

"Where does this Eva live?" I questioned further.

"I know what you're thinking, and I know the doctor said you can leave soon but you can't go there." Taylor explained.

"I just want to check on my friend that's all." I said dryly.

"Well, this is where she lives." Kyle said before showing me his phone which had Eva's address in, turns out Y/N texted him the address incase things turned sour.

--

Four hours later and I was free from the hospital, the doctor told me that there was no serious damage just a slightly bruised rib from the first fall and I badly bruised shoulder from the second and there was no internal bleeding so I was all good. Now I just had to somehow get to this 'Eva' girls place to try and get Y/N to see they belong with me.
It may have been 12 am but at this point I didn't really care about sleep.
Right now there was only one thing I had to do.
