Not In That Way - Lauren Jauregui/You *in editing*

chapter 10.

Me and Lauren are together, like properly together and its the best feeling ever. She makes me feel so loved and so beautiful and I just love her so much.

The bad part is that she is going on tour again in a few days and I'm going to be stuck in Miami because NYU didn't want me back and no other college will let me in this late into the year so I guess I will have to wait and reapply.

"Lauren for the last time, I'm not going to stay here whilst you're on tour, its not right." I tell her as she wraps her arms around my waist.

"Look my family would love to have you here." She said trying to convince me, I just felt like if Lauren isn't here I shouldn't really be here.

"Lauren no." I tell her moving out of her grasp.

"Babe, my family all love you, sometimes I think they love you more than they love me so I don't think you staying here whilst I'm on tour will be much of a big deal." She tells me stepping closer to me once again.

"I'm not staying, I can easily find somewhere else to stay." I tell her, completely lying and she knows it.

"So if you could find somewhere else to stay why did you come running here after you left the airport?" She asked with a smirk.

"Because not every house in Miami has the love of my life living there." I tell her and watch as she blushes.

"Please stay here. I will be at ease knowing you're safe whilst I'm away." She says to as she grabs my hands. My face starts to turn a dark shade of red because of my blush, I just love to know that she cares about me as much as I care about her.

"Or there is one other solution." She said.

"Whats that?" I ask.

"You could come with me." She said simply.

"Laure.." I start but she interrupts me.

"We have a 15 man bus and there are only 14 of us going including the girls and I and all the crew so there would be room." She informs me.

"I just feel like I would be intruding." I tell her.

"The crew love you, the girls love you, I love you so there would be no problem." She tells me.

"I love the girls and the crew too." I joke and she playfully hits me in the arm.

"And also right now we are home alone so..." She says before picking me up by the waist and carrying me to her room.

"Babe wake up." Lauren said as she gently nudged my shoulder.

"Why?" I asked argumentatively.

"Because we have to catch a flight in two hours to Sydney." She reminded me.

"Fine." I say dragging myself out of bed and into the bathroom.

I jumped into the shower but all that occupied my thoughts was that I was about to go on tour with my girlfriend and in just over a day and I get to see my family again. Life really couldn't be better right now.

"I'm so tired." I complained as I rested my head on Lauren's shoulder whilst we waited for the car to arrive to drive us from the airport to our hotel.

"Me too babe, but we can go to our hotel and sleep then in the morning you get to see your parents and Lily again." She reminded me which brought a smile to my face, I kissed her on the cheek and the car pulled up, finally.

"Finally." I said before literally jumping into the car, all the other girls laughed as they followed me in.

"Who are you texting?" I asked with a smirk to Camila who was sat next to me.

"Nobody." She replied blushing and moving her phone out of my sight.

"Is it Austin?" Dinah asked with a huge grin.

"Maybe." Camila said blushing even harder now.

"It is isn't it, are you two like official now?" Ally asked.

"Yes." Camila said simply.

"I'm so happy for you." We all said at the same time.

I however felt a little...I'm not sure if it was jealously or if it was protectiveness because I hadn't met Austin, whatever the feeling wasn't nice at all.

I think Mani picked up on this because texted me demanding that we spoke once we arrived at the hotel.

We all piled out of the car and I was making my way into the hotel when Mani pulled me to one side, nobody noticed though as she was very subtle about dragging me across the entrance of the hotel.

"You're jealous." She said firmly.

"No I'm not." I replied not even knowing if that was the truth or not.

"You have Lauren, why would you be jealous of Camila and Ausitn?" She asked placing her bag onto the floor, I did the same.

"I don't know, I love Lauren I really, really love her..its just...I don't know what it is, I feel like sometimes I can't trust her." I explain.

"You're scared she will cheat on you?" Mani questioned and I nodded.

"I know that is a terrible thing to think because shes my girlfriend and I'm meant to trust her with everything...I just always find myself thinking that if she's always away and meeting someone different she will eventually find someone better than me." I say now looking at the floor.

"If she wanted to meet someone else she would have, last time we were away she didn't look at anyone because even though you weren't technically together she wasn't going to move on and anyway if she didn't want you why would she ask you to come with her." Mani tells me which puts my mind at ease.

"Thanks Mani." I say before hugging her.

"Babe where did you go?" Lauren asks as I enter the room we will be sharing together.

"Nowhere, just to clear my head, I had a lot to think about." I informed her.

"Are you okay?" She says holding both of my hands.

"I'm fine. Will you come see my parents with me tomorrow?" I asked her with a smile.

"Why?" She asked back.

"Because I want them to meet my girlfriend." I tell her and she blushes.

"They've met me loads of times before." She tells me with a small smile on her face.

"Yeah but when they saw you before you were just my best friend and now you're my girlfriend." I tell her before placing a gentle kiss on her lips.

"Fine." She eventually gives in.
