Had Nasi lemak and fried banana!Update: at around 1-2 pm, i let loose and ate like 3 packers of crackers, a few almond nuts. Don't feel bad though, starting to get used that there's some days it's okay.
update: For dinner my mom cooked some healthy food & I didn't take any picture~ but I had a good portion of everything.
OKAY but after today, no more. I'm going to follow my eating plan, if not it's useless creating one. I want to reach my goal! Let's do this! We have so little time left. 30 plus more days.
