I remembered about 3 weeks back on 28 of june, the first few days of my journey i hit under 49.0KG. i was 48.9KG! I was really shocked at how i went under 49.0KG because i've been literally STUCK at 49~50KG for months.

So what happened after that was that i began to eat. unhealthy. The fact that i lost weight made me feel so excited and happy that I used food as a reward for myself.

In the end, in 1 day, that ONE DAY where i hit 48.9KG, I ate more than usual and gained back the weight.

After that day, i realised that it's really okay to fail. What matters more is HOW you get back up on track and stay committed in your new lifestyle, working out and eating healthy in controlled portions. You have to make the change in order to see results. If you keep failing, you'll never reach there.

Now that you know how your body would react after you lose weight, make sure to avoid the thought of celebrating with food because you lost weight
