I made a simple meal~ without meat tho. I didn't manage to finish the yoghurt. Going to school now! worked out earlier & currently i think i'm gg to be late for school ya. :|
I CANT HELP BUT THINK THIS MEAL IS REALLY SMALL LIKE REALLY SMALL how is it going to last me the entire day?? i don't think it will tho guys so if i'm hungry later i'm going to grab an orange. Quite unhealthy if i was to just have this small meal. At least the meal should be big if i'm doing OMAD. right???
update: I am not hungry at all. Literally what. So in the end i just ate an strawberry, about 6 almonds nuts @ 5:00 PM because i was thinking " Is this healthy? eating this smol meal only" but anyways,I guess this marks the start of my fast! :D I screwed up my eating plan for today but tmr will be better:-)

Hi yes. I decided to eat an apple because I just realised there's still apples in my fridge. Also because i'm using the reason: "Got to clear up these apples if not they'll go rotten" but i just googled that they'll not get rotten so fast in fridge. But anyways!
