YES DOUBLE UPDATE IN A DAY!

I would be sharing with you my eating plan for this week:
(things I can eat)
1. Apples

2. Strawberries and blueberries

3.Greek yoghurt

4. Oatmeal

5. Kiwis

6. Green Tea

7. Almonds

8. 1 Banana per day

9. Hard boiled egg

10. Wraps ( tomatoes, lettuce, tomato sauce, eggs, chicken breast )

11. Salad bowls ( only in school )

FOOD TO AVOID:

1. BREAD, all kinds of bread. anything related to bread is a nono.

2. CHOCOLATES

3. Sweets

4. Chips

5. Cakes and cookies.

6. Fried food

7. Fast food

8. Ice cream

9. Rice ( can eat only during sat&sun but in controlled portion.)

10. Drinks that are not water or green tea.
