My little otter.

//Sherlock POV//

I searched for John for hours on end, in the rain. That's what I'm willing to do for John. I'd walk through rain, wind, snow, storm. I'd do anything for him.

I got to Baker Street, and noticed he hadn't been here so I thought of all the places he could be. I checked pubs, bars, Greg's flat, Molly's flat and eventually I found myself outside Mary's front door. My hair was dripping wet and I had been crying since I left Baker Street.

When Mary answered the door I looked straight past her at John; his eyes were still cloudy, his face a now-smiling storm.

"john, I'm so so-" I didn't have time to finish before he jumped on top of me and pulled me into a warm embrace.

"No, Sherlock. I'm sorry. I overreacted and I shouldn't have." He said into my suit jacket. I didn't bring my coat. I forgot it. "Never leave me again."

"From now on, I'll never lie to you.

"I promise."
