Chapter 37: "You know what else is pretty? My fist in your face-"

Blair and Court evily snicker. "What do you mean nothing?"

"Nothing is also something. Speak up!" My bestie laughs and I feel sorry for Crystal. -I know how you feel... You can't get out of Court's interrogation!-

"He's just acting... strange." She admits and tucks her blonde hair behind her ears. Her cheeks are still burning.

-Imagining those two getting together is actually cute! I may have just known them for a month, but I can really feel their bound. I admit, Sam has been much more shy around her than the rest. Whenever Crystal laughs, smiles or looks away, I catch him smiling on his own while staring at her even if Dash or the others are around him.-

"Strangely... weird?" Blair raises an eyebrow and smiles widely.

Crystal shakes her head and bites her bottom lip. "Strangely... cute." Her last word sounded more like a whisper.

Blair and Courtney squeal, causing me to join them. -Awww, she likes him!-

Courtney decided telling her love story and the two patiently listen to her. I've heared the story many times already, better to say I am a witness when that happened.

-She was mad and jealous, when she found out that a girl confessed to Nath. So, she stayed at my place and tried to avoid him. To be honest, she was messed up for days. Her mascara stained her cheeks almost everyday. She ignored his calls, ate a bucket of Ice cream, gained weight and stopped meeting him. She kinda had a glow up after a while. We found out that he friendzoned the girl and was meaning to confess to Courtney earlier, but she kept on avoiding him. Kinda sweet, huh?-

The two squealed and wish her the best. Then they turned to mess with me again and kept mentioning Raven's and Charles' name. -Yes, Court told them my biggest secret... FREAKING CHEESEBALL!-

After the short break, we decided to keep on moving. -Thanks to Raven's jogging suggestion, I somehow manage to keep up with these girls. I'd normally give up after visiting 4 shops.-

Courtney stops walking and I bump into her. "What is it?" I rub my forehead and try to look at the direction the three are looking at.

"Isn't that Eve and ... Raven?" Blair says and Crystal nods.

-Why did my heart skip a beat, when they mentioned his name?...-

I try to keep calm and internally pray, that they are just messing around with me. When I took a closer look, blurring the whole crowd, I noticed them. Evelyn is holding hands with Raven and is smiling all brightly. -Awww, she's so precious. It's kinda fascinating that Raven actually insisted, shopping with his little sister.- Watching them walk closer towards us makes me smile.

Evelyn runs ahead and hugs the three of us, like a little child. Soon, Raven managed to join us and he smiles, revealing his deep dimples.

"Shopping with princess? How generous of you." Blair snorts out a laughter.

"Never thought you would ever do such things." Courtney grins and he just shrugs.

"You underestimate me too much." Raven sighs and they start arguing.

"That's cause you are Raven! We never know what's up!-"

As they continue to talk, I secretly check him out. -What? I'm trying to find a way to like him...-

He's wearing an all black theme. Jeans Jacket, T-shirt, Jeans and a simple plain Converse. -Something is different...- His hair is upturned, looks longer and thicker. It does make him look a bit older, but it suits him...really well..
