Visualization is a way for you to improve your skills and reprogram your brain to look for opportunities and to filter the things that will help you reach your goals from the ones that are irrelevant, so you can be more likely to see and distinguish whatever chance comes up that would help you improve and advance towards your goals, whether it would be a chance to go to the gym because your goal is to lose weight, or an opportunity for you to speak up at school or work because it goes with your goal of being more confident and self-assured.
