I feel like this journal is so hectic and all over the place, so I think I'm only gonna write important things or words of inspiration if I could , just because I feel I only do it when I feel like it and it became less of a daily journal and more of life challenges, life goals , and life events journal.
But moving on .. I have started another challenge which is to lose as much weight as I can this month because I really want to be light and enjoy dancing more knowing that I'm fit and can do moves I don't do now ...and off course to increase my self confidence while dancing.
It's like a motivational move before college.
Also I need to read about some academic related topics and books before college which starts the 22nd this month, so basically I don't have a lot of time to accomplish these goals but I want to see if I can.

Furthermore, this method of replacing anxiety and stress with curiosity is something that I've learnt from Kalyn Nicholson on one of her coffee talks.
She is really inspirational and her videos give me such a boost of good vibes every time I watch them 👌🏻.
