With the sound of the single gunshot from me, the bullet then finally hit the robbers bike's back tire, making a way for them to lose balance and stumble on some wooden crates near by the sidewalk, probably knocking them off as well.
I closed my eyes and let go of a long sigh as I could hear the crowd cheering for me.
"I knew that you were special."
I stood and started to brush off the dust on my jacket as I heard the familiar voice not so far away from me.
The blonde man, despite the paralyzing smoke being inhaled, was standing as if nothing happened. He took only 3 minutes to recover, if I'm correct of my time perception.
I looked at him seriously as the sounds of the ambulance and police sirens come across nearby.
No. I'm not the special one; rather, this man standing in front of me is somehow special.
Unusually special.

The Man's Point of View
"Thanks for the ride. I didn't know that you drive those bad ass bikes."
The only comment I was able to make when we finally arrived here at a certain boulevard near a shoreline nearby the city.
Maaaan. Like, I came here for a vacation but look, me and this weird snobbish old hag caught up in a shitty mess.
The sun was already setting when we finally got out of that robbery mess on the restaurant earlier this afternoon.
The robbers were caught thanks to me! And also to this guy over here. He's really amazing! I never knew that he's so skilled on long range firing, but I'm still better than him, on looks anyways.
"I needed to learn how to drive them. It's part of my job."
He replied coldly as I stared at him.
"You're a driver?"
He smirked and laughed at me as if mocking me. Ugh. This guy tho.
"Yeah. Maybe? Might as well consider that. I'm driving unusual things that a civilian wouldn't understand." He said that left me confused.
Weirdo.
I stared back onto the setting orange sun as I felt the soft breeze sway our hair strands through the wind. The smell of ocean lingers through the surroundings.
The cries of the seagulls seemed complimenting a very relaxing scene together with this man. Even this day was full of misfortunes, I don't know, but I find myself all calmed and at peace.
"Here."
I suddenly turned my head towards the blue-haired man besides me as he called my attention and reached his hand onto me.
From his hand, I could see a very familiar gift box. I smiled peacefully on him and got the small box from his hand.
"You risked your life for this thing. I owe you this." I smiled
"You owe me nothing. It's not a big deal. You'll get yourself killed next time you prioritize unimportant things."
He said that with his most calmed but serious tone. I smiled.
"This is important to me, since it's my first gift ever."
He looked onto me and stared for a moment as he heard my voice. I can't help but to smile more while staring on the said gift box.
