A Hidden Reveal

Day by day.
Second by second.
I cannot stay.
Not allergic to almond.

Keep it all inside.
It needs to hide.
You need to follow one path.
Don't want the wrath.

Look front and straight.
Never look back.
You don't want to see the light.
Just want to munch on a snack.

You say,"I'm fine"
When it's all in your mind.
You say,"You'll be alright"
When everything is far from bright.

You say,"You'll be okay"
It's what you always say.
You fade away
Each day.

You say,"Everything will be better"
For the truth is sadder.
You cry each day and night-
In the darkness and out of the light.

You shut it all out!
No one know's what it's about.
You want to let it out-
Your pent up feelings, you want to shout!

Each day your heart crack.
Happiness you'll start to lack.
The pain becomes numb
And you can't feel your thumb.

Everytime you expose yourself to anyone
The closer you feel alone.
They see it as you joking.
They do not see you chocking.

They believe your lies.
You think nobody tries.
You thought dishonesty is the best solution
To not hurting anybody's emotion.

But dishonesty only dragged the pain
Longer and harder.
You feel tied up with a chain.
You think you have a disorder.

Think about others before you
And that is what you do.
But at times, you begin to think
And you want to shrink.

Shrink and maybe disappear.
As being alone is what you fear
The most.
And you almost did it-almost.

You thought of it.
You've tried to do it.
You wanted to fade towards the dark pit.
You feel like a misfit.

But always remember
That you are not alone.
And though you are there only with your phone
Do not succumb to the never ending slumber.
