My stomach lurches and I run from the gazebo.
"Skye!"
Gavin's concerned voice doesn't stop me. I run to the trees, throwing up. Tears start spilling from my eyes. I feel his arm try to wrap around me. I push it away.
"No!"
I feel bad the second I say it, but I can't.
"I'm sorry, Gavin."
His face is blank but his voice is laced with disappointment as he speaks to me.
"Let's get you home so you can rest."
I don't fight back or argue as he wraps an arm around me, leading me back to the car.
