Dealing With A Toddler

"She's back?"

I roll over in the bed. Who is here this early?

"Yeah! She came back last night."

"Is that what you called me for at seven in the morning?"

Did Gavin really call his brother down here just to tell him I'm back?

"Sorry, I just couldn't sleep. I'm too excited!"

"For what?"

"I'm going to be a dad!"

Aw! He really is happy that I'm pregnant! I'm so glad I'm keeping the baby. Gavin will make a great father.

"Congrats, man! When is she due to pop?"

"March."

"Haley is due in January."

I stand up, scanning the dark room for something to put on. I settle with one of Gavin's t-shirts. It's long enough to cover everything and more. Satisfied, I walk out to the men.

"What is all this blabbing about? It's too loud to sleep."

Gavin rushes to put his hands on my body.

"I'm sorry, babe. We'll take this conversation outside. Please go back to sleep."

Time to play a game called, 'I get whatever I want when I want it'.

"No."

He starts to nudge me back towards the bedroom. I struggle against him playfully.

"I'm not a toddler. I'm not going to bed!"

He picks me up and I squeal. This is definitely something I did NOT sign up for. I feel his shirt sliding up my back, exposing my butt.

"Gavin!"

He hurries his pace, setting me down on the bedroom floor. He quickly turns me around, pressing my back to his front. I gasp. Is he smuggling diamonds?!

"I'll be back to deal with your sexy body later. For now, I have to finish a conversation and dismiss my brother, okay?"

"Yes, sir."

He lets out a low growl in my ear. I tried the whole 'sir' thing out on him last night, and oh man does he love it.

He pulls away and slaps my rear just hard enough to make me jump.

"Behave."

I bite my lip as he walks out of the room. I'm finally exposing a side of Gavin I've secretly craved. He's so sweet and gentle other times, but every man wants to be in charge at some point.

I crawl under the covers, a huge smile on my face. I can't wait for him to return so he can continue giving me the attention my body is screaming for.
