*A few weeks later, Nat & Alex were in the studio finishing up some new songs. Their dad, Michael, had something very important to ask his sons.*

                                                            *Nat's P.O.V.*

My stitches were healing up again. I could finally be able to pick up a guitar & play it. Whenever it would go up against my side where my stitches were at, it didn't hurt. I still felt bad about Kenzie & I's anniversarry. I can't believe that I ruined one of the best nights of our lives since the triplets were born. She didn't seem to mind it as much, but, I know, deep inside, she's probably just as upset about it as I was.

I took off my headphones & walked out of the recording booth. "How did I sound, dad?"

"You sounded a lot better than you did a few weeks ago," he said. "Kenzie must've took really good care of you."

I smiled. "She sure did."

"So, listen Nat, Alex," he said. "I got in touch with quite a few booking agents out in the U.K., would you two be willing to go on a little tour?"

"I'm all in for it," said Alex. "We've never played a show in the U.K before."

"Alright," said Michael. "How about you, Nat?"

"I don't know, dad," I said. "I mean, I'd love too, but, what about Kenzie & the kids?"

"You're mother & Kenzie could watch them," he said.

"I don't think the kids will behave well, & the healing process from my surgery is almost back to normal," I said. "I just don't know."

"Well, you have to make up your mind by Friday," said Michael. "If you don't want to go, then you don't have to go."

"What about me?" asked Alex. "I can't play a show without my brother."

"Alex, don't worry," I said. "I'll try to figure out a way to make this tour happen. I'll see what Kenzie thinks about this trip if it would be a good idea if I should go or not."

"You promise?" asked Alex.

"I promise," I said.

*Later that night, Nat was going to talk to Kenzie about the trip.*

Before Kenzie & I got into bed, Kenzie was rubbing lotion on my chest. It only stung a little bit where my stitches were at. I flinched almost everytime she would touch it.

"Ow!" I said.

"Sorry babe," she said.

"Oh, it's alright Kenzie, it's not your fault," I said.

"Good," she said with a smile.

After Kenzie finished putting the lotion on me, we laid down in bed together. It was really quiet. All I could hear was me breathing heavily.

"How was working in the studio today?" asked Kenzie.

"It was good," I said nervously. "I-It was fine."

Kenzie looked up at me. "Is something wrong, babe?"

"No," I said.

Kenzie kept staring at me. "Are you sure?"

I sighed. "Alright, fine, you got me,"

"What's the matter, sweetie?" she asked.

"My dad booked some shows in the U.K., I don't know if I should go or not," I said.
