Fall Formal? *Muffy*

Buffy slammed her locker in frustration.

"For the last time I'm not telling you why I said no to Walker,"Buffy said.

"But Buffy. You rejected him so if you want to end it you have to do it in person,"Andi said.

"Do you like someone else,"Cyrus asked raising an eyebrow.

"So what if I do. Walker and I were never officially together. We just hung out a lot,"Buffy said.

"Buffy, just tell us who it is,"Cyrus whined.

"No. And I am going to talk to Walker,"Buffy said.

*later that day*

"Hey Buffy,"Walker said walking over to where Buffy stood next to a tree.

"Listen Walker. You're really great and all but I-I like someone else. I really hope we can still be friends,"Buffy said.

"Uhhh, yeah. I guess I should stop trying my luck with the good hair crew,"Walker said,"Guess the only one left is Cyrus."

"Don't worry, he's pratically taken,"Buffy said.

Walker smiled and then asked,"The person you like, have I met them before. Like, have you ever talked about them."

"No, I rejected him a while ago so we don't really talk anymore,"Buffy saud,"I just realized when you asked me to the formal that I've always had feelings for him."

"Oh,"Walker said,"So as long as we are confessing certain things, okay if I tell you who I've kinda had a crush on?"

"Of course,"Buffy said.

"It's someone you know. But it's not Andi, or Cyrus,"Walker said.

"I don't think it's Amber because you don't know her that well,"Buffy said,"Same with TJ. I just want to consider all the options so my guess is Jonah."

Walker nodded shyly,"But he's with Andi so..."

"He's not with Andi,"Buffy said,"They broke up a while ago. I think Andi is trying to find herself a little more. I don't know what Jonah is doing."

"Do you think I should ask him out,"Walker asked excitedly.

"Slow down. I think we should find out first if Jonah likes guys too. Otherwise, it would get very akward,"Buffy said.

"Will you find out for me,"Walker asked.

"I'll try,"Buffy said,"You want to come with me to the Spoon. Cyrus, Andi, and Jonah will be there."

"Sure,"Walker said as they started walking that way.

"So, who do you like,"Walker asked.

"Like I said, you don't know him,"Buffy said.

"Yes, but I told you my crush so you have to tell me yours,"Walker said.

"I hate that you're right,"Buffy said,"It's this guy named....."

"Buffy, Hey Buffy,"Someone called from behind them causing Buffy and Walker to turn around.

Marty ran up towards them and said,"It's been a while Buffy."

"Yeah, I thought you weren't talking to me because of everything that happened,"Buffy said.

"Yeah, It was kind of akward but I do miss hanging out with you,"Marty said,"Who's this?"

"I'm Walker,"Walker greeted.

"Marty,"Marty responded.

"Walker and I were headed to meet Andi, Cyrus, and Jonah at the Spoon if you wanted to come,"Buffy suggested.

"Uhhh, yeah, that would be great,"Marty said.

The three of them walked into the Spoon and found Andi, Cyrus, and Jonah already at a table.

"Marty,"Cyrus exclaimed,"I haven't seen you in a while.

"Yeah. It's been a while since I've talked to any of you guys,"Marty said.

The waitress came over and took the rest of their orders.

After they all ate and talked they decided to head out.

Andi and Cyrus walked towards their houses. While Jonah walked Walker home.

"I'm suprised you wanted to walk with me,"Marty said to Buffy.

"Why,"Buffy asked.

"Wouldn't you rather walk home with Walker,"Marty asked.

"Why,"Buffy asked again.

"He's your boyfriend, isn't he,"Marty asked.

"No, Walker and I were, well we were hanging out for a while but we realized we didn't like each other like that,"Buffy explained.

"Oh, now I feel like an idiot,"Marty said.

"It's okay,"Buffy said,"I'm sure you have a girlfriend though."

"No, I guess since you - you know, I haven't really wanted to ask anybody out,"Marty said,"I wouldn't even know how to go about asking someone out."

"Well, try it out on me,"Buffy said.

"I'm not so sure about that,"Marty said.

"Come on Marty. Just try,"Buffy encouraged stopping to stand in front of Marty.

"Fine,"Marty said,"So Buffy, Will you go out with me?"

"Yes,"Buffy said.

"What,"Marty exclaimed confused.

"Yes. I will go out with you Marty. If you really want to,"Buffy said.

"But-but you said you didn't want to be more than friends with me,"Marty said.

"That was because I was scared. Scared that I would ruin something great. But I really want to go out with you Marty. Be more than friends,"Buffy said.

Marty's face lit up with excitement as he exclaimed,"Yes. YES!"

Buffy laughed.

"So in that case, Buffy, Do you want to go to the fall formal with me,"Marty asked.

"Yes,"Buffy exclaimed,"Definetly a yes."
